| dc.description | The elaboration of the present investigative job was performed as a preview, important and indispensable requirement for graduation and culmination of the Accounting and Audit career and the obtaining of the corresponding tittle as professional. This investigative job let the researcher translate all the knowledge acquired during his academic life and he evidenced in each one of the statements of this project the developed notions with the strong purpose to discern the right application of standards, laws and regulations which govern the accountant activity. Through the completed investigation to the Company “PRODUCTOS DEL SOL ECUADOR PRODELSOLEC CIA.LTDA.” it is known that the business didn’t have a suitable accounting system for the appropriate accounting management. With the implantation of the accounting system it was obtained real and accurate information which was proportionated in a dependable way, that lets the company administration make immediate corrective decisions relative to cash management, inventories control and consolidation of company’s ledger accounts getting real balances in each one of them. In conclusion, the actual situation of the company isn’t the best by not apply control measures which generate value aggregates and it is recommended to continue with the use of the implantation of the accounting system as a useful tool to have a clear view of the actual status | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La elaboración del presente trabajo investigativo se realizó como requisito previo, importante e indispensable para la graduación y culminación de la carrera de Contabilidad y Auditoría y la obtención del correspondiente título profesional. Este trabajo de investigación permitió también plasmar todo el conocimiento adquirido durante la vida universitaria del investigador y evidenció en cada uno de los enunciados de este proyecto las nociones desarrolladas con el firme propósito de saber discernir la correcta aplicación de las normas, leyes y reglamentos que rigen la actividad contable. Mediante la investigación realizada a la empresa “PRODUCTOS DEL SOL ECUADOR PRODELSOLEC CIA. LTDA.”, se conoció que la compañía no contaba con un sistema contable adecuado para el manejo de su contabilidad. Con la implantación del sistema contable se obtuvo información proporcionada de manera confiable, real y precisa que permitió a la administración de la compañía tomar decisiones inmediatas correctivas con relación al manejo del efectivo, el control de sus inventarios y la consolidación de sus cuentas contables obteniendo saldos reales en cada una de ellas. Se concluye con este trabajo que la situación actual de la empresa no es de las mejores al no aplicarse medidas de control que generen agregados de valor y se recomienda seguir con la utilización de la implantación del sistema contable como herramienta útil para tener una visión clara del estado actual | es_ES |
