dc.descriptionThis research work is called "reform of the Regulations to the Organic Law intercultural education REGARDING THE ASSISTANCE OF STUDENTS IN THE SYSTEM OF FORMAL EDUCATION" was established and implemented in accordance with the Regulation of Academic System of the National University Loja, the same results an analysis of one of the fundamental aspects of educational work in our country; whose overall objective is: Make a legal and doctrinal study of the General Regulations of the Organic Law of Intercultural Education with respect to student attendance. The methodology used in the development of this research work was the scientific method through which an analysis of the legal texts related to the problems caused by the inconsistency of the new general regulation to LOEI was made, with regard to the absence of the students; by observing, the problems presented in different educational establishments in the city of Loja raised concerning this subject it was determinedes_ES
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo investigativo que se denomina “REFORMA AL REGLAMENTO A LA LEY ORGÁNICA DE EDUCACIÓN INTERCULTURAL CON RELACIÓN A LA ASISTENCIA DE LOS ESTUDIANTES EN EL SISTEMA DE EDUCACIÓN FORMAL”, fue instaurado y realizado de conformidad con el Reglamento de Régimen Académico de la Universidad Nacional de Loja, el mismo que tiene como resultado un análisis sobre uno de los aspectos fundamentales del quehacer educativo de nuestro país: cuyo objetivo General es: Hacer un estudio jurídico-Doctrinario del Reglamento General a la Ley Orgánica de Educación Intercultural en lo referente a la asistencia de los estudiantes. La metodología utilizada en el desarrollo del presente trabajo investigativo, fue el método científico, a través de cual se realizó un análisis de los cuerpos legales relacionados con la problemática generada por la incoherencia del nuevo reglamento general a la LOEI, en lo concerniente a la inasistencia de los estudiantes; mediante la observación, se determinó la problemática presentada en los diferentes establecimientos educativos de la ciudad de Loja referente a esta temática planteadaes_ES
