| Resumen : | La ejecución del presente trabajo investigativo denominado: “APLICACIÓN DE CONTABILIDAD COMERCIAL EN ESTABLECIMIENTO: 002 “PLASTIMAVIC” DE LA EMPRESA SODOM S.A., UBICADO EN EL CANTÓN EL TRIUNFO, PROVINCIA DEL GUAYAS; PERIODO: SEPTIEMBRE 2014”, tuvo como justificación en primer lugar para dar cumplimiento a uno de los requisitos exigidos por el Régimen Académico de la Universidad Nacional de Loja previo a la graduación y obtención del Título de Ingeniera en Contabilidad y Auditoría. CPA., y en segundo lugar proporcionar a la empresa el conocimiento adquirido referente a la contabilidad comercial. Los objetivos planteados se dieron cumplimiento en su totalidad mediante la aplicación de la contabilidad comercial misma que inició con la elaboración del Plan de Cuentas y detalle de las mismas en el respectivo Manual de Cuentas, seguidamente una vez constatada la documentación soporte existente en la empresa se desarrolló el inventario de bienes, derechos y obligaciones del local y se determinó el patrimonio; valores que pasaron al Estado de Situación Inicial, en cuanto al control de las mercaderías se aplicó el método Promedio Ponderado para el control de las entradas y salidas de los artículos y finalmente se continuó con el registro de las transacciones mercantiles en el Libro Diario, Mayorización, Balance de Comprobación, documentos internos como Hoja de Trabajo, Libro de compras y ventas, rol de pagos, depreciación de propiedad, planta y equipo, registro de las cuentas de consumo, etc., hasta llegar a determinar los Estados Financieros. En conclusión esta propuesta contable permitió entregar a la propietaria de la empresa una visión real de la forma correcta de operar que toda entidad comercial debe aplicar con el fin de mantener el control financiero de sus actividades encaminando sus objetivos y metas propuestas de mejor manera y facilitar en cualquier momento una toma de decisiones acertadas |

The goals were given compliance in its entirety through the application of the same commercial accounts that started with the preparation of the chart of accounts and detail in the respective accounts Manual, then once verified documentation existing in the company support developed the inventory of assets, rights and obligations of the local and was determined the heritage; values that are passed to the State of initial situation, as for the control of goods applied the weighted average method for the control of inputs and outputs of the articles and finally continued registration of the transactions in the journal book, Mayorización, Trial Balance, internal documents as worksheet, book shopping and sales, role of payments, depreciation of property, plant and equipment registration of accounts consumption, etc., to determine the financial statements. In conclusion this accounting proposal allowed to deliver to the owner of the company a real vision of the correct way to operate that any commercial entity must apply in order to maintain financial control of his activities directing its objectives and goals better and facilitate sound decision-making at any time |
