| Resumen : | El presente trabajo“IMPLANTACIÓN DE LA CONTABILIDAD COMERCIAL EN LA EMPRESA “AUTOMOTRIZ ALBERCA” EN LA CIUDAD DE ZUMBA, PERIODO: JULIO A SEPTIEMBRE/ 2014”,ubicada en Zumba, provincia de Zamora Chinchipe seelaboró conel fin dedaral propietario de la empresauna herramienta contable necesaria para llevarlos registroseconómicos producidos en la misma.Está estructuradoconformealasexigenciasyreglamentosde laUniversidadNacionaldeLoja,paralaobtencióndeltítulodeIngenieríaenContabilidad yAuditoría, CPA. Cumpliendo con los objetivos planteados se realizóla implantación del procesocontable por el sistema de inventario permanente,sedeterminólosbienes, derechosy obligacionesquetienelaempresa al iniciodelejercicio, se elaboróel plan de cuentas,manual de cuentas,para procedera elaborarel estadodesituacióninicialy jornalizarlastransaccionescomercialeseneldiario general,libromayorydemásregistroscontables,haciendoposibleprepararlos Estados Financieros como el estado de situación financiera, estado de resultados y estado de flujo del efectivo. Al concluirla ejecución delprocesocontable en laempresaobjeto de estudio,se pudo determinarla utilidad del ejercicio,resultado que ayudaráa su propietario atomar decisionesencaminadasal crecimiento,inversióno capitalizaciónde su patrimonio,conla finalidad de lograrmayoresbeneficios económicosquepermitanmantenerseenelmercadolocaly nacional.Se recomienda al propietario de la empresamantenerel sistema de contabilidad ejecutadoen este trabajo,lo que permitiráobtener informaciónoportunayverazqueorientelaorganizacióneconómicayfinancieraque sustente los objetivos empresariales |
| Descripción : | The present work "IMPLANTATION OF ACCOUNTING IN THE COMPANY COMMERCIAL" AUTOMOTRIZ ALBERCA"IN THE CITY OF ZUMBA, PERIOD: JULY TO SEPTEMBER / 2014", located in the city of Zumba, was developed in order to give the owner of the company necessary to bring economic records produced in the same accounting tool. It is structured according to the requirements and regulations of the National University of Loja, for obtaining Engineering degree in Accounting and Auditing, CPA. Meeting the objectives the implementation of the accounting process is performed by the perpetual inventory system, assets, rights and obligations of the company at the beginning of the year was determined, the chart of accounts, user accounts, was prepared to proceed drawing shows the initial situation and Journalize commercial transactions in the general journal, ledger and other accounting records, making it possible to prepare the financial statements as the statement of financial position, income statement and cash flow statement. When the performance of the accounting process in the company under study, it was determined net income, a result that will help its owner to make decisions for growth, investment or capitalization of its assets, in order to achieve greater economic benefits needed to keep the local and national market. The owner of the company is advised to keep the accounting system implemented in this work, which will allow for timely and accurate information to guide the economic and financial organization that supports business objectives |
