| Resumen : | El trabajo de tesis titulado: “PLANTEAR UNA REFORMA LEGAL A LA LEY DE ECONOMÍA POPULAR Y SOLIDARIA, ACERCA DE LA INTEGRACIÓN DE LOS MIEMBROS DEL COMITÉ EJECUTIVO DE CRÉDITO, EN LAS COOPERATIVAS DE AHORRO Y CREDITO”, fue elaborado con el objeto de coadyuvar potencialmente al desarrollo de la economía popular y solidaria de la urbe lojana. Esta investigación, de carácter analítica, interpretativa y aplicada permitió afirmar las concepciones expuestas en el trabajo, pues se utilizó el método analítico, sintético, deductivo, inductivo, interpretativo, lógico y de análisis. De la misma manera se establecieron como objetivo general “Realizar un análisis jurídico a la Ley de Economía Popular y Solidaria; y a su Reglamento, a fin de determinar el vacío legal que existe en lo que se refiere a la integración del comité ejecutivo de crédito. Los instrumentos de la encuesta, la apliqué a treinta profesionales del derecho; y la entrevista realizada a tres gerentes de cooperativas de ahorro y crédito de la ciudad de Loja. Del mismo modo, se utilizaron técnicas, como la encuesta y la entrevista, que permitieron obtener resultados para la contrastación de hipótesis y verificación de objetivos. La compilación, sistematización de información atinente al tema, permitieron llegar a conclusiones y recomendaciones, con ello se consiguió tener conocimiento amplio de la problemática en estudio, como producto del análisis de la problemática planteada conjuntamente con el criterio jurídico doctrinario de diferentes autores, pudiendo determinar la necesidad de plantear una reforma legal a la Ley de Economía Popular y Solidaria. Finalmente, luego de indicar la importancia y dar una idea intuitiva de este trabajo investigativo, se pretende que, las ideas vertidas en el presente, tengan la suficiente claridad, para que en lo posterior sirvan como fuente de información |
| Descripción : | The thesis entitled: "RAISE A LEGAL REFORM TO THE LAW OF POPULAR AND SOLIDARITY ECONOMY, ABOUT THE INTEGRATION OF THE MEMBERS OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF CREDIT, SAVINGS AND CREDIT COOPERATIVES", was developed in order to assist potentially to the development of the popular and solidarity economy Lojana" is a mix of the city. This research, analytical, and interpretive applied allowed us to affirm the concepts outlined in the work, as it used the analytical method, synthetic, deductive, inductive, interpretative, and logical analysis. In the same way were established as a general objective "to conduct a legal study, critical and doctrinal law of Popular and Solidarity Economy", a situation that could be checked with the literature review of the legal rules and doctrinaire existing on the subject. In made use of the survey instrument, the same that apply to thirty professionals of law; and the interview with three managers of savings and credit cooperatives in the city of Loja. Similarly, techniques were used, as the survey and interview, which allowed us to obtain results for the comparison of hypotheses and verification of objectives. The compilation, systematization of information concerning the subject, made it possible to reach conclusions and recommendations, this resulted in having extensive knowledge of the problems involved in study, such as product of the analysis of the problems raised together with the legal criterion doctrinaire of different authors, and it may determine the need to raise a legal reform to the Law of Popular and Solidarity Economy.
