| Resumen : | El trabajo de tesis titulado: “VULNERABILIDAD DE GÉNERO EN LA LEY CONTRA LA VIOLENCIA A LA MUJER Y LA FAMILIA Y SU REPERCUSIÓN SOCIAL” fue elaborado con el objetivo de crear una estrategia encaminada jurídicamente a enfocar la falta de interés que la ley brinda a las personas de sexo masculino, quienes no son incluidos en la misma. Esta investigación, de carácter analítica, interpretativa y aplicada permitió afirmar las concepciones expuestas en el trabajo, pues se utilizó el método analítico, sintético, deductivo, inductivo, interpretativo, lógico y de análisis. Los instrumentos de la encuesta, las apliqué a 60 ciudadanos de sexo masculino de la ciudad de Loja; y la entrevista realizada a tres abogados en libre ejercicio y a la responsable de la Comisaria de la Mujer y la Familia. Del mismo modo, se utilizaron técnicas, como la encuesta y la entrevista, que permitieron obtener resultados para la contrastación de hipótesis y verificación de objetivos. La compilación, sistematización de información atinente al tema, permitieron llegar a conclusiones y recomendaciones, con ello se consiguió tener conocimiento amplio de la problemática en estudio, como producto del análisis de la problemática planteada conjuntamente con el criterio jurídico doctrinario de diferentes autores, pudiendo determinar la necesidad de plantear una reforma a la Ley contra la Mujer y la Familia, en la que no exista vulnerabilida de genero. Finalmente, luego de indicar la importancia y dar una idea intuitiva de este trabajo investigativo, se pretende que, las ideas vertidas en el presente, tengan la suficiente claridad, para que en lo posterior sirvan como fuente de información |
| Descripción : | The thesis entitled "VULNERABILITY GENDER IN THE LAW AGAINST VIOLENCE TO WOMEN AND FAMILY AND SOCIAL IMPACT" was developed with the aim of creating a strategy legally to focus the lack of interest that the law provides strategy to male persons, who are not included in it. This research, analytical, interpretative and applied character possible to state the views exposed at work, as the analytical, synthetic, deductive, inductive, interpretive, logical and analytical method was used. The instruments of the survey, applied to 60 male citizens of the city of Loja; and an interview with three lawyers in free practice and the Commissioner responsible for Women and Family. Similarly, techniques were used, as the survey and the interview, which allowed us to obtain results for hypothesis testing and verification purposes. The compilation, systematization of information pertaining to the subject, allowed conclusions and recommendations, thus it was possible to have extensive knowledge of the issues under consideration, as a result of the analysis of the issues raised together with the doctrinal legal standard by different authors, may determine the need to propose an amendment to the Law against Women and the Family, in which there is no gender vulnerability. Finally, after indicating the importance and give an intuitive idea of this research work, it is intended that the ideas expressed in the present, have sufficient clarity, so that in the later serve as an information source |
