| dc.description | This thesis entitled "Implementation of an ACCOUNTING SYSTEM IN THE COMMERCIAL DIFFERENCE Loja PERIOD JULY - SEPTEMBER 2013", whose business is the purchase and sale of basic necessities; For this reason, the work aims to propose accounting tools that facilitate their own generating reliable information to improve the economic performance of the company. In the development is part of the needs of the company, having emerged as main objective the implementation of an accounting system for decision-making, primarily theoretical foundations that sustain for the development and support of it are presented in the practice the system of permanent account was applied; Starting from an initial inventory that served to determine the stocks of all assets owned by the company, then a Plan and Manual of Accounts which facilitated the identification and proper use of the accounts was made, leading registries applied to centralize and quantify the movement economic order to present financial statements that show clearly and realistically the economic results obtained in the period. Moreover it became known as running tax returns in order to help the company to avoid falling into tax penalties. Once applied the accounting process, it is concluded that the practical application yielded real results through the financial statements, so it is recommended to implement the accounting as a tool that contributes to have better control of the operations carried out within the company | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de tesis titulado “IMPLANTACION DE UN SISTEMA CONTABLE EN LA EMPRESA COMERCIAL LA DIFERENCIA DE LA CIUDAD DE LOJA PERIODO JULIO – SEPTIEMBRE DEL 2013”, cuya actividad comercial es la compra y venta de artículos de primera necesidad; por este motivo el trabajo se orienta a proponer herramientas contables que faciliten a su propietario la generación de información confiable para mejorar el rendimiento económico de la empresa. En el desarrollo se parte de las necesidades de la empresa, al haber planteado como objetivo principal la implantación de un sistema contable para la toma de decisiones, primeramente se presentan fundamentos teóricos que sirven de sustento para la elaboración y sustentación de la misma, en la práctica se aplicó el sistema de cuenta permanente; partiendo de un Inventario Inicial que sirvió para determinar las existencias de todos los bienes que posee la empresa, luego se elaboró un Plan y Manual de Cuentas que facilitó la identificación y utilización adecuada de las cuentas, se aplicó registros principales para centralizar y cuantificar el movimiento económico para finalmente presentar los Estados Financieros que demuestran en forma clara y real los resultados económicos obtenidos en el periodo.Además se dio a conocer como ejecutar las declaraciones de impuestos con la finalidad de ayudar a la empresa a no caer en multas tributarias. Una vez aplicado el proceso contable, se concluye que la aplicación práctica permitió obtener resultados reales a través de los Estados Financieros, por lo que se recomienda implementar la contabilidad como herramienta que coadyuva a tener un mejor control de las operaciones que se efectúan dentro de la empresa | es_ES |
