| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como título:“APLICACIÓN DE UN SISTEMA DE CONTABILIDAD AL COMERCIAL EL ARBOL, DEL CANTON SARAGURO, PERIODO JULIO A SEPTIEMBRE DEL 2014.”,el mismo que se desarrolla en cumplimiento de un requisito previo a optar por el título de Ingeniera en Contabilidad y Auditoría CPA, ajustándose al Reglamento del Régimen Académico vigente. Dando cumplimento a los objetivos planteados de implementar un proceso contable en el Comercial El Árbol, se utilizó procedimientos, fundamentados en las normas de contabilidad generalmente aceptados que fueron de utilidad para alcanzar el objetivo general planteado, comenzando desde el reconocimiento de las operaciones con la documentación fuente, también se elaboró un Plan de Cuentas con su correspondiente manual, los mismos que fueron el inicio para la elaboración del proceso contable desde el Inventario Inicial hasta la obtención de los Estados Financieros, al término del proceso contable aplicado al mes de septiembre del 2014. Se tuvo una visión clara de la situación económica-financiera de la empresa, en donde se determinó que hasta ese mes se obtuvo pérdida significativa, se recomienda al propietario de la empresa aplicar el proceso contable implementado el cual está basado en principios, normas y reglamentos vigentes, elaborar las kardex, auxiliares de compra y venta, así como declarar correctamente por concepto de tributación, considerar que el presente trabajo constituye una base fundamental para llevar un control de mercaderías adecuado, de esta manera se facilitará el desarrollo del proceso contable y la elaboración de los Estados Financieros para una toma de decisiones oportunas y acertadas para un adecuado desarrollo empresarial |
| Descripción : | The present research is titled: "APPLICATION OF ACCOUNTING SYSTEM TO TRADE THE TREE, THE CANTON SARAGURO, PERIOD JULY TO SEPTEMBER 2014", the same that is developed in compliance with a prerequisite to opt for the degree of Engineering in Accounting and Auditing CPA, complying with the regulation of the current Academic System. Giving compliance with the objectives of implementing an accounting process in the to Trade the Tree, procedures based on standards generally accepted accounting that were useful to achieve the overall objective, starting from the recognition of transactions with the documentation used fountain, a chart of accounts was also developed with the corresponding manual, the same as were the starting point for the development of the accounting process from the initial inventory to obtain Financial Statements at the end of the accounting process applied to September 2014. A clear vision of the economic and financial situation of the company, where it was determined that until that month significant loss was obtained, the owner of the company is recommended to apply the accounting process implemented which is based on principles, rules and regulations had force, develop kardex, auxiliary purchase and sale as well as correctly declare by way of taxation, considering that this work is a fundamental basis for keeping track of appropriate goods, so the development of the accounting process will be facilitated and preparation of financial statements for making timely and accurate decisions for proper business development |
