| dc.description | The present work named “IMPLANTATION OF THE ACCOUNTING IN THE CENTER AGROVETERINARIO JAPAN, OF THE CANTON SARAGURO, LOJA's PROVINCE, PERIOD I SHRIVEL - SEPTIEMBRE/2014”, it is orientated to primeramente carries out the countable process gathering information of the documentation source to you formulate records and to process the transactions in chronological order, process that ultimately produced results and patrimonial true and reliable information, the same one that allowed to obtain to solid database of the Center Agroveterinario Japan; this work was realized in fulfillment to the established by the UNL, as prerequisite to the obtaining of the Engineer's title in Accounting and Audit. The raised aims were fulfilled in its entirety. The principal aim of the investigation was implanted a countable process in the Center Agroveterinario Japón of property of the gentleman Luis Salvador Japón Gualán from the initial inventory to know the goods, values and royal obligations in which one was finding the company, in addition there was designed a plan and account manual that served as support for the suitable accomplishment of the countable process, which gave like proved the emission of the Financial statements as the State of Results, where a loss of $ decided 461,30 dollars owed that his expenses were major that the sales; likewise there was obtained the State of Financial Situation and Effluence state of Cash, allowing to the owner to realize a better financial organization. On having concluded with this work I demonstrate that the company does not have a suitable control of the transactions that are registered daily, recommending to take corrections and to develop royal financial statements for a successful progress and improvement of the commercial one. Then one couldTo ratify that the application of the countable system in the Center Agroveterinario Japón, performed the biggest importance for his owner and administrator, since across this one it obtained countable and financial information, and now they can continue easily with this process, using this tool, supporting the suitable control of his movements, registering chronologically the transactions, possessing a base of countable reliable information that allow to take the suitable decisions directed to the fulfillment of the managerial aims | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo denominado “IMPLANTACIÓN DE LA CONTABILIDAD EN EL CENTRO AGROVETERINARIO JAPÓN, DEL CANTON SARAGURO, PROVINCIA DE LOJA, PERIODO AGOSTO – SEPTIEMBRE/2014”,está orientadoa llevar a cabo el proceso contable primeramente recolectando información de la documentación fuente para formular registros y procesar las transacciones en orden cronológico, proceso que al final produjo resultados e información patrimonial verídica y confiable, la misma que permitió obtener una base de datos sólida del Centro Agroveterinario Japón; este trabajo se realizó en cumplimiento a lo establecido por la UNL, como requisito previo a la obtención del título de Ingeniera en Contabilidad y Auditoría. Los objetivos planteados fueron cumplidos en su totalidad. Para lograr el objetivo principal de la investigación fue implantar un proceso contable en el Centro Agroveterinario Japón de propiedad delseñor Luis Salvador Japón Gualán,utilizando método, técnicas y procedimientosdesde el inventario inicial para conocer los bienes, valores y obligaciones reales en las que se encontraba la empresa, además se diseñó un plan y manual de cuentas que sirvió como soporte para la adecuada realización del proceso contable, que dio como resultado la emisión de los Estados financieros como el Estado de Resultados, en donde se determinó una pérdida de $ 461,30 dólares debido que sus gastos fueron mayores que las ventas; así mismo se obtuvo el Estado de Situación Financiera y Estado de Flujo de Efectivo, permitiendo al propietario realizar una mejor organización financiera. Al concluir con este trabajo se evidencio que la empresa no tiene un control adecuado de las transacciones que se registran a diario, recomendando tomar correctivos y desarrollar estados Financieros reales para un progreso exitoso y mejoramiento del comercial. Entonces se pudo ratificar que la aplicación del sistema contable en el Centro Agroveterinario Japón, fue de grandísima importancia para su propietario y administrador, pues a través de este obtuvo información contable y financiera, y ahora pueden continuar fácilmente con este proceso,utilizando esta herramienta, manteniendo el control adecuado de sus movimientos, registrando cronológicamente las transacciones, poseyendo una base de datos contables confiables que permitan tomar las decisiones adecuadas encaminadas al cumplimiento de los objetivos empresariales | es_ES |
