| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de investigación titulada, IMPLEMENTACIÓN DEL SISTEMA CONTABLE BASADO EN EL PROGRAMA MÓNICA 8.0 EN LA FERRETERÍA LOS SHYRIS DE LA CIUDAD DE QUITO, PERÍODO JUNIO 2014. Se desarrolló con la Finalidad de conocer la situación económica de la empresa partiendo desde el inventario inicial hasta obtener los estados financieros con el propósito de brindar a la propietaria de la empresa información oportuna para el momento de la toma de decisiones. A través de la implementación del sistema contable basado en el programa Mónica 8.0 se cumplió los objetivos propuestos, se procedió a realizar el inventario inicial al 01 de Junio del 2014, y se estructuró un plan de cuentas de acuerdo a la necesidad de la ferretería, se realizó el registro de transacciones en el sistema Mónica 8.0 en forma cronología y ordenada, tomando de los documentos fuentes, con la finalidad de obtener los estados financieros y presentar a su propietaria. En conclusión Ferretería los Shyris con la Implementación del sistema contable Basado en el Programa Mónica 8.0, se pudo solucionar los problemas contables existentes y conocer la situación económica real, así mismo facilitando a su contadora en la información contable. Finalmente se puede concluir que con la implementación de la contabilidad comercial se solucionó las dificultades existentes en ella, es así que al momento la empresa dispone de información contable suficiente, la misma que servirá de base para que sus dueños tomen sus decisionesycontinuen llevando organizadamente la contabilidad, a fin de dar cumplimiento a las disposiciones legales vigentes en nuestro país |
| Descripción : | This research paper titled, IMPLEMENTATION OF ACCOUNTING SYSTEM BASED PROGRAM MONICA 8.0 HARDWARE Shiri QUITO CITY, JUNE PERIOD 2014 was developed in order to know the economic situation of the company starting from the initial inventory until the financial statements and provide the owner of the company accurate and timely information to the moment of decision-making and know if your business is profitable if you have information and forward-looking. Through implementation based on the Monica program 8.0 accounting system proposed objectives are met, we proceeded to perform the initial inventory at June 1, 2014, and a chart of accounts according to the need of the hardware was structured, the transaction log was performed on the system Monica 8.0 chronology and orderly way, taking the documents sources, with the aim of obtaining financial statements and submit to its owner. In conclusion Hardware Shiri with the implementation of the accounting system based on the Monica 8.0 program, it could resolve existing financial problems and meet the real economic situation, obtaining at present true and sufficient information that will serve as foundation for its owner and thus take their accountant accounting information in a more organized manner, and to present the information at the time requested by the institutions that govern it and comply with existing laws. Finally it can be concluded that with the implementation of commercial accounting the difficulties it was solved, so that when the company has sufficient financial information, the same as a basis for their owners to make their decisions; and their owners is urged to continue leading an organized accounting in order to comply with the laws in force in our country |
