| dc.description | This paper aims to conduct a feasibility study for setting up a treatment center for people with Alzheimer's, for the City of Loja, a study that was applied to the economically active population of the city of Loja and must take a survey and obtaining a sample of it, applying 397 surveys, and interviews with 11 providers that offer this service. The methodology used for this thesis project was: The descriptive, analytical, synthetic method, dialectical and survey and interview techniques. In the market study the following results were obtained: Potential Demand 54% equivalent to 29 638 people, Demand Real 60% equivalent to 17,783 people, 243271 Annual Effective Demand services Annual services 2,496 Offer, 1.305,071 annual unsatisfied demand services. The Technical study found that if you work at 100% of installed capacity this new company could offer up to 6000 service year, in the first year 85% of their installed capacity, so it can offer up to 5100 services will be used. In the Financial Study it was determined that it will need to invest in fixed assets in the amount of $ 4.334,50 in deferred assets and $ 1,805.00 for a month of operation will be needed in current assets $ 44.908,56; giving a total investment of $ 51,048.06; the sales price of each service obtained is of $ 17.83; in the profit and loss in the first year income is $ 24,930.74 liquid, the balance point originates in $ 59,762.21 in sales and a 36.90% of the installed capacity. On the Financial Evaluation results were obtained: Net Present Value (NPV) $72.147,79, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) 55,38% Cost Benefit Ratio (CBR) 1.85 Capital Recovery Period (PRC) 1 year8 months 1 day, and Sensitivity Analysis was obtained with an increase in costs of 19,46%, and a decrease in costs of 14,97%. | dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo general realizar un proyecto de factibilidad para la creación de un Centro de Tratamiento para personas con Alzheimer, para la Ciudad de Loja; estudio que fue aplicado a la población económicamente activa de la ciudad de Loja, debiendo realizar una encuesta y obteniendo una muestra de la misma, aplicando 397 encuestas, y entrevistando a 11 oferentes que brindan este servicio. La metodología utilizada para este proyecto de tesis fue: El método descriptivo, analítico, sintético, dialectico y las técnicas de encuesta y entrevista. En el estudio de mercado se obtuvieron los siguientes resultados: Demanda Potencial 54% equivalente a 29.638 personas, Demanda Real 60% equivalente a 17.783 personas, Demanda Efectiva anual 243.271 servicios, Oferta Anual 2.496 servicios, Demanda insatisfecha anual 1.305,071 servicios. En el estudio Técnico se determinó que si se trabaja al 100% de la capacidad instalada esta nueva empresa podría ofrecer hasta 6000servicios al año, en el primer año se utilizará un 85% de su capacidad instalada, por tanto se podrá ofrecer hasta 5100 servicios. En el Estudio Financiero se pudo determinar que se necesitará invertir en activos fijos un monto de $4.334,50, en activos diferidos $1.805,00 y para un mes de operación se necesitará en activos circulantes $51.048,06; dando un total de inversión de $44.908,56; el precio de venta de cada servicio obtenido es de $17,83; en el estado de pérdidas y ganancias en el primer año la utilidad liquida es $24.930,76, el punto de equilibrio se origina en $59.762,21 en las ventas y en un 36,90% de la capacidad instalada. En la Evaluación Financiera los resultados obtenidos fueron: Valor Actual Neto (VAN) $72.147,79, Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR) 55,38% Relación Beneficio Costo (RBC) 1,85, Período de Recuperación de Capital (PRC) 1 año, 8 meses y 1 día, y en el Análisis de Sensibilidad se obtuvo con un aumento en los costos del 19,46%, y en una Disminución en los ingresos del 14,97%. Los resultados obtenidos demostraron que existe demanda insatisfecha de los servicios en los Centros de Tratamiento de la Ciudad de Loja, concluyendo además que este proyecto si es factible realizarlo | es_ES |
