| dc.description | The present work has a study about on the PLAN AND PROGRAMMING CURRICULAR OF THE CAREER OF SOCIAL WORK, where it is based with respect to the object of investigated study, some lines that help to give necessary and concrete explanations on the offer that allows to improve the academic practice of the teachers of the area With the elaboration of this offer we try to contribute to the improvement of the processes, by means of the application and operativización of the SAMOT. By it a theoretical explanation is done - explanatory of this pedagogic in force model in Loja's National University, in relation with the occur in the global, nacional, regional and local ambit. One refers also to the theoretical methodological and technical foundations that it(he,she) comes developing Loja's National University, which allows to guarantee a satisfactory development of the Modular System for Objects of Transformation. This offer acquires identity on having sought to be a response to the students' aspirations that they never demonstrate to have integrated a commission of curriculum development (99 %), to the interests of the professionals who in 56% express the urgency of including new contents curriculares, and to the expectations of the teachers of the career who in 85.71 % think that the plan and current programming of the career answers partially to the requirements and social needs of the profession. Finally, an approach is done on the conceptual frame and contextual on the Career of social Work, where there are enfatized aspects that they have to see directly with the organization and curriculum development, starting for the conception or definition of the career, his professional field, professional practices, the structure of each one of the modules, methodology, lineaments for the evaluation and accreditation, since also there are contemplated the General Plan and other elements that the curriculum development contains. | dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo se enmarca a un estudio realizado sobre el PLAN Y PROGRAMACIÓN CURRICULAR DE LA CARRERA DE TRABAJO SOCIAL, donde se fundamenta con respecto al objeto de estudio investigado , algunas líneas que contribuyan a dar explicaciones necesarias y concretas sobre la propuesta que permita mejorar la practica académica de los docentes del área Con la elaboración de esta propuesta intentamos contribuir al mejoramiento de los procesos, mediante la aplicación y operativización del SAMOT. Por ello se hace una explicación teórica- explicativa de este modelo pedagógico vigente en la Universidad Nacional de Loja, en el marco de la relación con lo que sucede en el ámbito global, nacional, regional y local. Se hace referencia también a los fundamentos teóricos metodológicos y técnicos que viene desarrollando la Universidad Nacional de Loja, que permite garantizar un desarrollo satisfactorio del Sistema Modular por Objetos de Transformación. Esta propuesta adquiere identidad al buscar ser respuesta a las aspiraciones de estudiantes que manifiestan nunca haber integrado una comisión de diseño curricular (99%), a los intereses de los profesionales que en un 56% expresan la urgencia de incluir nuevos contenidos curriculares, y a las expectativas de los docentes de la carrera que en un 85.71% consideran que el plan y programación actual de la carrera responde parcialmente a los requerimientos y necesidades sociales de la profesión. Finalmente, se hace un enfoque sobre el marco conceptual y contextual sobre la Carrera de Trabajo social, donde se enfatiza aspectos que tienen que ver directamente con la organización y diseño curricular, partiendo por la concepción o definición de la carrera, su campo profesional, practicas profesionales, la estructura de cada uno de los módulos, metodología, lineamientos para la evaluación y acreditación, como también se contempla el Plan General y demás elementos que contiene el diseño curricular.
