| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo: “Determinar la incidencia de la Planificación Educativa, y el Desarrollo Institucional de la escuela “Profesor Julio Ordóñez Espinosa”. Como técnica para la recolección de datos, se empleó la encuesta; y como instrumento, el cuestionario, que fue aplicado al personal docente, niñez y padres de familia para establecer la relación existente entre la Planificación Educativa y Administrativa, y Desarrollo Institucional. El proceso investigativo se desenvolvió considerando los métodos: Inductivo, deductivo, analítico, sintético y descriptivo; procedimientos que permitieron realizar la investigación de campo, como también la tabulación de datos, análisis e interpretación de resultados, la demostración de las hipótesis y la construcción de los lineamientos alternativos. Al obtener los resultados de la investigación de campo, se constató que, “La incidencia de la Planificación Educativa en el Desarrollo Institucional de la Escuela fiscal “Profesor Julio Ordóñez Espinosa” es evidente si se considera que, el proceso enseñanza – aprendizaje, es una parte vital para el Desarrollo Institucional y, si ese proceso se ve afectado positiva o negativamente, por la presencia o ausencia de procesos de Planificación Educativa, indirectamente afecta a la imagen institucional y al cumplimiento de la misión y visión; es decir, a la razón misma de su existencia. Además, la incidencia de la Planificación Administrativa en el Desarrollo Institucional depende de la planificación que directivos y colaboradores construyen, en la intención de ejecutar y evaluar las acciones administrativas que den fluidez al proceso. Teniendo en cuenta la importancia de la planificación en los planteles educativos, se propone como lineamientos alternativos la elaboración del Proyecto Educativo Institucional (PEI), instrumento curricular que tiene una importancia fundamental en el Desarrollo Institucional de cualquier establecimiento educativo. Este proyecto permitirá, que la institución “Profesor Julio Ordóñez Espinosa”, conjuntamente con sus directivos, docentes, niños y padres de familia, hagan viable la misión de su establecimiento, el mismo que requiere de una programación de estrategias para mejorar la gestión de sus recursos y la calidad de sus procesos. |
| Descripción : | The present investigation work has as objective “to determine the incidence of the Educational Planning in the institutional development of the school “Profesor Julio Ordóñez Espinosa”. As technique for the gathering of data, you employment the survey; and like instrument the questionnaire the same one that was applied the educational personnel, childhood and family parents to establish the existent relationship among the Curricular and Administrative Planning, in the Institutional Development. The investigative process was unwrapped considering the methods: Inductive, deductive, descriptive; procedures that allowed to be carried out the field investigation, as well as the tabulation of data, analysis and interpretation of results, the demonstration of the hypotheses and the construction of the alternative limits. When obtaining the results of the field investigation, we could verify that “the incidence of the Curricular Planning in the Institutional Development of the fiscal School “Profesor Julio Ordóñez Espinosa” it is evident if it is considered that the process teaching – learning, is a vital part for the institutional development and, if that process is affected positive or negatively, for the presence or absence of processes of curricular planning, indirectly it affects to the institutional image and the execution of the mission and vision, that is to say, to the same reason of its existence. Also the incidence of the Administrative Planning in the institutional development depends on the planning that directive and collaborators build, in the intention of to execute and to evaluate the administrative actions that give fluency to the process. Keeping in mind the importance of the planning in the educational facilities, we propose as alternative limits the elaboration of the Institutional Educational Project (BROKE WIND), I orchestrate curricular that has an indispensable hierarchy in the institutional development of any educational establishment. This project will allow that the institution “Profesor Julio Ordóñez Espinosa” jointly with its Directive, educational, childhood and family parents, make viable the mission of its establishment, the same one that requires of a programming of strategies to improve the administration of its resources and the quality of its processes. |
