| dc.description | The Curricular Integration or Thesis Work entitled ACCOUNTING ORGANIZATION IN MR. CUENCA QUINDE DARWIN RIGOBERTO'S HARDWARE STORE IN THE CATAMAYO CANTON, PERIOD FROM OCTOBER 1 TO DECEMBER 31, 2023, was carried out with the purpose of having adequate accounting organization taking into account the needs of the company to facilitate the control and recording of all operations and thus obtain current economic and financial information, thereby fulfilling the proposed objectives; therefore, a plan and chart of accounts adjusted to the needs of the hardware store were developed, which are duly codified and presented in an orderly manner together with the chart of accounts that evidences the nature of the accounts of assets, liabilities, equity, income, costs, and expenses, which serve as a basis for the development of accounting. Additionally, auxiliary formats were elaborated according to the company's requirements, including auxiliary documents for purchases and sales, accounts receivable and accounts payable auxiliaries, payroll and provisions, cash flow auxiliary, depreciation auxiliary; which facilitated the accounting process since the obtained information is more detailed and allows simplifying the registration of operations. In this way, the accounting process begins through the use of the perpetual inventory system where Kardex cards were made, important documents reflecting the movement of inputs and outputs of merchandise available for sale; then the initial inventory begins by collecting the inventory of merchandise and documents that support the assets, values, rights, and obligations of the company; next, the initial financial position was structured where the assets, liabilities, and equity of the company are reflected, with this, the journal was developed where the operations carried out by the hardware store were recorded orderly, the balance of the balances was developed in the general ledger, which serves as a basis for the subsequent preparation of the trial balance, 4 and the worksheet with its respective adjustments, a preliminary document that facilitates the preparation of financial statements. Finally, the income statement was developed, which shows the income, costs, and expenses incurred, the financial position statement where the assets, liabilities, equity are detailed and the profit obtained at the end of the accounting period is reflected, the cash flow statement where the cash inflows and outflows and their equivalents are recorded, records that reflect the economic and real situation of the company that help decision-making and the statement of changes in equity which reflects the variations that the net worth has undergone in the economic year. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El Trabajo de Integración Curricular o de Titulación denominado ORGANIZACIÓN CONTABLE EN LA FERRETERÍA DEL SR. CUENCA QUINDE DARWIN RIGOBERTO DEL CANTON CATAMAYO, PERÍODO DEL 01 DE OCTUBRE AL 31 DE DICIEMBRE DEL 2023, se realizó con la finalidad de contar con una adecuada organización contable tomando en cuenta las necesidades que tiene la empresa para que facilite el control y registro de todas las operaciones y con ello obtener información económica y financiera actual, dando así cumplimiento a los objetivos planteados; por lo que se desarrolló un plan y manual de cuentas ajustado a las necesidades de la ferretería, los cuales se encuentran debidamente codificados y presentadas de manera ordenada en conjunto con el manual de cuentas que evidencia la naturaleza de las cuentas del activo, pasivo, patrimonio, ingresos, costos y gastos, que sirven de base para el desarrollo de la contabilidad . Además, se elaboraron formatos auxiliares de acuerdo a los requerimientos de la empresa, entre ellos se encuentran los auxiliares de compras y ventas, auxiliares de cuentas por cobrar y cuentas por pagar, roles de pago y provisiones, auxiliar para flujo de efectivo, auxiliar de depreciaciones; los cuales facilitaron el proceso contable ya que la información obtenida es más detallada y permite simplificar el registro de las operaciones. De esta manera se empieza el proceso contable mediante la utilización del sistema de inventario permanente en donde se realizaron tarjetas Kardex, documentos importantes en donde se refleja el movimiento de entradas y salidas de la mercadería disponible para la venta; luego se empieza con el inventario inicial mediante la recopilación de las existencias de mercadería y documentos que sustenten los bienes, valores, derechos y obligaciones de la empresa; seguidamente se estructuró el estado de situación inicial en donde se refleja el activo, el pasivo y el patrimonio con el que cuenta la empresa, con ello se desarrolló el libro diario en donde se registraron las operaciones que realizó la ferretería de manera ordenada, el registro de los saldos se los desarrolló en el libro mayor, mismo que sirve de base para posterior la elaboración del balance de comprobación de sumas y saldos, y la hoja de trabajo con sus respectivos ajustes, documento previo que facilita la elaboración de los estados financieros. Finalmente se desarrolló el estado de resultados el cual muestra las ingresos, costos y gastos incurridos, el estado de situación financiera en donde se detalla el activo, pasivo, patrimonio y se ve reflejado la utilidad obtenida al final de 3 periodo contable, el estado de flujo del efectivo en donde se registran las entradas y salidas del efectivo y sus equivalentes, registros en donde se refleja la situación económica y real de la empresa que ayuden a la toma de decisiones y el estado de cambios en el patrimonio el cual refleja las variaciones que ha sufrido el patrimonio neto en el ejercicio económico. | es_ES |
