| Resumen : | El presente Trabajo de Titulación denominado: PROPUESTA DE UN PLAN ESTRATÉGICO PARA EL GOBIERNO AUTÓNOMO DESCENTRALIZADO DEL CANTÓN PALANDA DE LA PROVINCIA DE ZAMORA CHINCHIPE PERIODO 2022-2026. Esta investigación se la desarrollo con el objetivo de brindar una herramienta guía como es el plan estratégico, de esta manera se busca mejorar la gestión administrativa actual y por ende la imagen del mu-nicipio. El Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del cantón Palanda, es un ente gubernamental con capacidad política y administrativa que tiene obligaciones de carácter irrenunciable con la población, por tal razón el cumplimiento de los objetivos institucionales es de gran importancia dentro de la gestión que se realiza. La metodología aplicada se basó en la utilización de los siguientes métodos de estudio históri-co lógico, inductivo deductivo y analítico sintético, además fue necesario utilizar la técnica de encuesta para recabar información relevante en la realización del diagnóstico sobre la situa-ción actual del GAD, en esa misma línea se realizó el análisis de resultados obtenidos a tra-vés de la tabulación de datos, agregando a lo anterior se procedió a identificar la principales fortalezas y amenazas de la institución para en base a esto enfatizar los objetivos estratégicos que dieron origen a la propuesta realizada. Finalmente se presenta una serie de conclusiones y recomendaciones que enfatizan aspectos importantes sobre el tema investigado. | Descripción : | This work is entitled "PROPOSAL FOR A STRATEGIC PLAN FOR THE DECENTRALIZED AUTONOMOUS GOVERNMENT OF THE PALANDA CANTON OF THE PROVINCE OF ZAMORA CHINCHIPE PERIOD 2022-2026". This research was developed with the objective of providing a guide tool such as the strategic plan, in this way it seeks to improve the current administrative management and therefore the image of the municipality. The Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Palanda canton, is a governmental entity with political and administrative capacity that has inalienable obligations with the population, for this reason the fulfillment of the institutional objectives is of great importance within the management that is carried out. The applied methodology was based on the use of the following logical, inductive, deductive and synthetic analytical historical study methods, in addition it was necessary to use the sur-vey technique to gather relevant information in carrying out the diagnosis on the current situa-tion of the GAD, in that same line, the analysis of the results obtained through the tabulation of data was carried out, adding to the above, the main strengths and threats of the institution were identified, based on this, emphasizing the strategic objectives that gave rise to the pro-posal made. . Finally, a series of conclusions and recommendations are presented that em-phasize important aspects of the subject investigated.
