| Resumen : | El trabajo de integración curricular denominado APLICACIÓN CONTABLE EN LA MICROEMPRESA COMERCIAL “AUTO DECORACIONES SUPER CAR” DE LA CIUDAD DE LOJA, PERÍODO DEL 01 DE OCTUBRE AL 31 DE DICIEMBRE DEL 2021, se realizó con la finalidad de implementar la contabilidad acorde a las necesidades de la entidad, contribuyendo a que sus actividades se elaboren de forma eficiente, dejando una constancia de la aplicación contable, mediante la recopilación, registro e interpretación de las operaciones comerciales ejecutadas diariamente en la empresa, para obtener resultados que sirvan como base a su propietario para la toma de decisiones en beneficio de la misma. Su desarrollo permitió dar cumplimiento a los objetivos planteados en el proyecto de integración curricular, donde se elaboró un plan y manual de cuentas en función de la naturaleza de la entidad, mismos que sirvieron para el registro de las transacciones en el libro diario; se realizó el inventario de valores, bienes, derechos y obligaciones, mediante la constatación física y la observación; con la información recopilada de los registros auxiliares, se efectuó el proceso contable desde el inventario inicial del 01 de octubre hasta la elaboración de los estados financieros con sus respectivas notas aclaratorias, determinando la situación económica y financiera de la empresa. Al finalizar la implementación de la contabilidad en la microempresa AUTO DECORACIONES SUPER CAR, período 01 de octubre al 31 de diciembre del año 2021, se obtuvo una pérdida en el ejercicio de $ 7.478,00; es por ello que se recomienda al gerente propietario continuar con la aplicación contable, para obtener información clara que ayude a la entidad a controlar sus recursos y actividades económicas, a fin de tener una base para la toma de decisiones en beneficio de la entidad. |
| Descripción : | The curricular integration work called ACCOUNTING APPLICATION IN THE COMMERCIAL MICRO-ENTERPRISE "AUTO DECORACIONES SUPER CAR" OF THE LOJA CITY, PERIOD FROM 01 OCTOBER TO 31 DECEMBER 2021, was carried out with the purpose of implementing the accounting according to the needs of the entity, contributing to the efficient elaboration of its activities, leaving a record of the accounting application, through the compilation, registration and interpretation of the commercial operations executed daily in the company, to obtain results that serve as a basis for the owner to make decisions for the benefit of the company. Its development made it possible to comply with the objectives set forth in the curricular integration project, where a plan and manual of accounts were prepared according to the nature of the entity, which was used to record the transactions in the daily book; the inventory of values, goods, rights, and obligations was carried out through physical verification and observation; with the information gathered from the auxiliary records, the accounting process was carried out from the initial inventory on October 1st to the preparation of the financial statements with their respective explanatory notes, determining the economic and financial situation of the company. At the end of the implementation of accounting in the microenterprise AUTO DECORACIONES SUPERCAR, the period October 01 to December 31, 2021, a loss was obtained in the exercise of $ 7,478.00; that is why it is recommended to the owner-manager to continue with the accounting application, to obtain clear information that helps the entity to control its resources and economic activities, in order to have a basis for decision making for the benefit of the entity. |
