| dc.description | This research work was developed in the Province of Loja, in the Canton Catamayo, in the Coherbur Rice Processor, with the general objective of presenting a proposal for an occupational health and safety plan, in order to improve health in work, mitigate the possible risks that may occur within the company and generate a culture of prevention in workers. The theoretical arguments of the present investigation are properly supported and the information sources are cited. The methods used are: inductive, descriptive and analytical, and the techniques used are: the interview directed to Mr. Ángel Burí, manager of the Rice Processor - Coherbur and the surveys applied to administrative employees and workers with the aim of preparing a Current diagnosis on occupational health and safety, which allowed to know the activities of the workers of the Rice Processor - Coherbur, and also to identify the existing work areas. The data obtained allowed us to conclude that there is no Occupational Health and Safety management, likewise there is no good physical condition for the workers, therefore, they do not use personal protective equipment (PPE), and they do not there is a constant training program to expand your knowledge of occupational health and safety From the information obtained through the interview, the manager of the Rice Processor - Coherbur was able to state that the company does not have an occupational health and safety plan. Once the situational analysis of the Rice Processor - Coherbur was completed, the conclusion was reached of the need for a proposal for an Occupational Health and Safety Plan, which will contribute to decision- making to prevent incidents, accidents and occupational diseases of Workers. Finally, a recommendation was made to consider the implementation of this Plan, the frequent training of employees and the updating of the Joint Committee. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación se desarrolló en la Provincia de Loja, en el Cantón Catamayo, en la Procesadora de Arroz Coherbur, teniendo como objetivo general la presentación de una propuesta de plan de seguridad y salud ocupacional, con la finalidad de mejorar la salud en el trabajo, mitigar los posibles riesgos que puedan ocurrir dentro de la empresa y generar una cultura de prevención en los trabajadores. Los argumentos teóricos de la presente investigación están propiamente respaldados y citados las fuentes de información. Los métodos utilizados son: inductivo, descriptivo y analítico, y técnicas utilizadas son: la entrevista dirigida al Sr. Ángel Burí, gerente de la Procesadora de arroz - Coherbur y las encuestas aplicadas a los empleados administrativos y trabajadores operarios con el objetivo de elaborar un diagnóstico actual en materia de seguridad y salud ocupacional, el cual permitió conocer las actividades de los trabajadores de la Procesadora de arroz - Coherbur, y así mismo identificar las áreas de trabajo existentes. Los datos obtenidos, permitieron llegar a la conclusión de que no existe una gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, igualmente no existe un buen estado físico para los trabajadores operarios, por lo tanto, no utilizan los equipos de protección personal (EPP), además no existe un programa de capacitaciones constante que amplié sus conocimientos en materia de seguridad y salud ocupacional La información obtenida a través de la entrevista, el gerente de la Procesadora de arroz – Coherbur, supo manifestar que la empresa no posee un plan de seguridad y salud ocupacional. Una vez culminado el análisis situacional de la Procesadora de arroz – Coherbur, se llegó a la conclusión de la necesidad de una propuesta de Plan de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, que contribuirá para la toma de decisiones para prevenir los incidentes, accidentes y enfermedades laborales de los trabajadores. Finalmente, se realizó la recomendación de considerar la implementación del presente Plan, las capacitaciones frecuentes a los empleados y la actualización del Comité Paritario. | es_ES |
