| Resumen : | La presente investigación trata sobre los programas computacionales especializados en representación gráfica de entes matemáticos y su incidencia en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de primero de Bachillerato General Unificado del Colegio de Bachillerato 27 de Febrero, de la ciudad de Loja, periodo 2018-2019., justificada por la relevancia del tema en la actualidad, sin dejar de lado su importancia para la mejora del aprendizaje de los estudiantes y la institución objeto de investigación. El estudio es de carácter cuasi experimental y descriptivo; se utilizó los siguientes métodos: científico, deductivo e hipotético deductivo; tiene como objetivo general: Determinar en la asignatura de Matemáticas la influencia de la utilización de programas computacionales en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes del primero de Bachillerato General Unificado, sección vespertina en el Colegio de Bachillerato 27 de Febrero de Loja, periodo académico 2018- 2019. Del análisis de la información obtenida por el Pretest y Postest, se pudo observar que la media del grupo de estudio (𝜇 = 6,009) al usar el programa GeoGebra, fue mayor que el grupo de control (𝜇 = 3,278). Mediante la prueba de hipótesis “Diferencia de Medias” con parámetro z y un nivel de significancia del 0.05, se llegó al siguiente resultado: El uso de programas computacionales para la representación gráfica influye significativamente en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de primero de Bachillerato General Unificado del Colegio de Bachillerato 27 de Febrero de Loja. Adicionalmente, al analizar el texto de Matemáticas para primero de bachillerato propuesto por el Ministerio de Educación y el currículo vigente podemos percatarnos que en el tema de Límites no hay formulada destreza con criterio de desempeño, así tampoco se toma a las TIC en dicha temática. En consideración a lo expuesto y a los resultados de la presente investigación se plantea una guía de cómo usar GeoGebra destinada a los estudiantes. |
| Descripción : | The present investigation is about the specialized computer programs in graphic representation of mathematical entities and their impact on the academic performance of the students of first of the Unified General Baccalaureate of the College of Baccalaureate 27 of February, of the city of Loja, period 2018-2019. , justified by the relevance of the topic today, without neglecting its importance for the improvement of student learning and the institution under investigation. The study is quasi-experimental and descriptive; The following methods were used: scientific, deductive and hypothetical deductive; Its general objective is: To determine in the Mathematics subject the influence of the use of computer programs in the academic performance of the students of the first of the Unified General Baccalaureate, evening section in the College of Baccalaureate February 27 of Loja, academic period 2018- 2019. From the analysis of the information obtained by the Pretest and Postest, it was observed that the average of the study group (μ = 6,009) when using the GeoGebra program, was greater than the control group (μ = 3,278). By means of the hypothesis test “Difference of means” with parameter z and a level of significance of 0.05, the following result was reached: The use of computer programs for graphic representation significantly influences the academic performance of the students of first of the Unified General Baccalaureate from the Baccalaureate School February 27, Loja. Additionally, when analyzing the text of Mathematics for first year of baccalaureate proposed by the Ministry of Education and the current curriculum, we can realize that in the subject of Limits there is no formulated skill with performance criteria, neither is ICTs taken in said subject. In consideration of the above and the results of this research, a guide is presented on how to use GeoGebra for students. |
