| Resumen : | El presente trabajo investigativo denominado: PROMOCIÓN Y DIFUSIÓN DE LOS SERVICIOS DE INFORMACIÓN DE LA BIBLIOTECA DE LA UNIDAD EDUCATIVA EXPERIMENTAL COMPENSATORIA A DISTANCIA DOCTOR CAMILO GALLEGOS DOMÍNGUEZ , DE LA CIUDAD DE MACAS, PROVINCIA DE MORONA SANTIAGO Y SU INCIDENCIA EN EL USO DE LOS RECURSOS Y FUENTES BIBLIOGRÁFICAS POR PARTE DE LA COMUNIDAD EDUCATIVA. PERÍODO 2011 – 2012. El objetivo general es dar a conocer los servicios de información que ofrece la biblioteca de la institución educativa para que los usuarios utilicen los recursos y las fuentes bibliográficas en forma oportuna. Los métodos utilizados en la presente investigación fueron los siguientes: Científico, Inductivo - Deductivo, Analítico – Sintético y Modelo Estadístico, los mismos que permitieron el logro de los objetivos planteados. La Técnica utilizada preferentemente en este estudio fue la Encuesta con su respectivo instrumento que fue aplicado al Personal Docente y Administrativo de la Unidad Educativa Experimental Compensatoria a Distancia Doctor Camilo Gallegos Domínguez, con el fin de recolectar información sobre el conocimiento que tienen de la biblioteca en lo referente a la promoción y difusión de los servicios informativos que presta y del uso de los recursos y fuentes bibliográficas. Encuesta aplicada a los Estudiantes de la Unidad Educativa Experimental Compensatoria a Distancia Doctor Camilo Gallegos Domínguez, con el fin de recolectar información sobre el Uso de los Recursos y Fuentes Bibliográficas que ofrece la biblioteca institucional El 100% del Personal Docente y Administrativo encuestado, opina que la promoción y difusión de los servicios de información que ofrece la biblioteca sí incide en el uso de los recursos y fuentes bibliográficas. El 91 % de los Estudiantes encuestados, señalan que una adecuada promoción y difusión de los servicios que presta la biblioteca sí incide en el uso de los recursos y fuentes bibliográficas, ya que los Estudiantes al tener conocimiento de todo lo que hay en biblioteca no tendrán problemas en encontrar el material y la información que necesitan. |

PERIOD 2011-2012. The general aim publicize information services offered by the school library for users to use the resources and timely bibliographic sources. The methods used in this research were: Scientific, inductive - deductive, analytic - synthetic and statistical model that allowed them to achieve the objectives. The technique used in this study was preferentially Survey with its instrument that was applied to the Faculty and Staff of the Experimental Education Unit Compensatory Gallegos Distance Doctor Camilo Dominguez, to gather information on their knowledge of the library regard to the promotion and dissemination of information services provided and the use of resources and bibliographic sources. Student survey of the Experimental Education Unit Compensatory Gallegos Distance Doctor Camilo Dominguez, to collect information about the use of resources and bibliographic sources offering institutional library 100% of the Faculty and Staff respondent believes that the promotion and dissemination of information services offered by the library itself influences the use of resources and bibliographic sources. 91% of the students surveyed, indicate that adequate promotion and dissemination of the services provided by the library itself influences the use of resources and bibliographic sources, since the students to be aware of everything that's in library will not problems in finding the materials and information they need. |
