| Resumen : | La poca importancia que se brinda a la Inteligencia Emocional es un problema que afecta en el desarrollo integral de los infantes, es por ello que se plantea la tesis: LA INTELIGENCIA EMOCIONAL PARA EL DESARROLLO SOCIOAFECTIVO EN NIÑOS DE 4 A 5 AÑOS DE LA ESCUELA JOSÉ INGENIEROS DE LA CIUDAD DE LOJA, PERIODO 2018-2019; teniendo como objetivo general determinar como la inteligencia emocional incide en el desarrollo socioafectivo en niños de 4 a 5 años de la escuela José Ingenieros de la ciudad de Loja, periodo 2018-2019. Los métodos utilizados en la presente investigación fueron: científico, descriptivo, inductivo, deductivo, analítico-sintético y estadístico, para obtener la información se utilizó el test de Ebee León Gross a los padres de familia para determinar el desarrollo socioafectivo de sus hijos, y una ficha de observación aplicada a los niños; La propuesta alternativa se basó en actividades fundamentadas en la teoría de Daniel Goleman sobre la Inteligencia Emocional, las cuales fueron aplicadas en 2 meses con intervenciones semanales, de 4 horas, los resultados del proceso investigativo demostraron que los ítems tanto positivos como negativos tuvieron una mejoría del 60%, llegando a concluir que el moldear durante los primeros años de vida la inteligencia emocional favorece al desarrollo socioafectivo, por tanto, se recomienda el uso de la propuesta alternativa en función de apoyar el progreso de los infantes. |
| Descripción : | The little importance that is given to Emotional Intelligence is a problem that affects the integral development of infants, which is why the thesis arises: EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE FOR SOCIOAFECTIVE DEVELOPMENT IN CHILDREN FROM 4 TO 5 YEARS OF THE JOSÉ SCHOOL ENGINEERS OF THE CITY OF LOJA, PERIOD 2018-2019; having as a general objective to determine how emotional intelligence affects the socio-affective development in children from 4 to 5 years of the José Ingenieros school of the city of Loja, period 2018-2019. The methods used in the present investigation were: scientific, descriptive, inductive, deductive, analytical-synthetic and statistical, to obtain the information the Ebee León Gross test was used to parents to determine the socio-affective development of their children, and an observation sheet applied to children; The alternative proposal was based on activities based on the theory of Daniel Goleman on Emotional Intelligence, which were applied in 2 months with weekly interventions, 4 hours, the results of the research process showed that both positive and negative items improved of 60%, concluding that the molding during the first years of life emotional intelligence favors socio-affective development, therefore, the use of the alternative proposal is recommended in order to support the progress of infants. |
