| dc.description | This paper titled "ACCOUNTING SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION FOR COMMERCIAL TRUST, REGIONAL WATER FUND - FORAGUA from June - August 2012" was developed based on the General Standards for Graduation issued by the National University of Loja, as a prerequisite to obtaining engineering degree in Accounting and Auditing - Auditor CPA. The objective of the review was to implement a special effective accounting system, was developed to implement a plan and chart of accounts, records needed was designed to account for transactions and provided useful and timely information to beneficiaries, making an analysis compliance activities. The results of the implementation of this accounting system are reflected in the financial statements, they have been prepared in accordance with IAS NIIF'sy's, so it is recommended that the technical secretary make the right decisions and thereby improve the processes of administrative and financial management, considering the annual investment plan of the respective Municipal Government.SUMMARY CASTILIAN and translated into English | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación titulado “IMPLANTACIÓN DEL SISTEMA CONTABLE PARA EL FIDEICOMISO MERCANTIL, FONDO REGIONAL DEL AGUA – FORAGUA, DESDE JUNIO – AGOSTO 2012”se elaboró en base a las Normas Generales para la Graduación emitidas por la Universidad Nacional de Loja, como un requisito previo a la obtención del título de Ingeniería en Contabilidad y Auditoría – Contador Público Auditor. El objetivo del examen especial fue implementar un sistema contable eficaz, para dar cumplimiento se elaboró un plan y manual de cuentas, se diseñó los registros necesarios para la contabilización de las transacciones y se suministró información útil y oportuna a los beneficiarios, efectuando un análisis en el cumplimiento de las actividades. Los resultados obtenidos de la implementación de este sistema contable se reflejan en los estados financieros, los mismos que han sido elaborados en concordancia con las NIIF´s y NIC´s, por lo que se recomienda al secretario técnico tomar las decisiones adecuadas y de esta manera mejorar los procesos de gestión administrativa y financiera, considerando el plan anual de inversiones del respectivo Gobierno Municipal. | es_ES |
