| dc.description | The present investigative titled work: The labor stress and states of the workers' of the Municipality of the canton Rafts of the county of The Gold depression, period 2013-2014, he/she has as objective: To analyze how the labor stress is related with the states of the workers' of the Municipality of the canton Rafts depression. The investigation is of descriptive type, the methods were used: scientific, analytic. synthetic, deductive-inductive. They were used the Questionnaire of Labor Stress of the ILO-OMS and the Scale of Depression of Beck, in a sample of 70 workers. Result 53% has a level of intermediate stress, 59% they have moderate depression. Conclusions: The workers of the Municipality of the Canton Rafts in their majority manifest stress labor intermission with depressive moderate states; existing relationship among the intermediate stress with the moderate depression. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo investigativo titulado: El estrés laboral y estados de depresión de los trabajadores del Municipio del cantón Balsas de la provincia de El Oro, periodo 2013-2014, tiene como objetivo: Analizar cómo el estrés laboral se relaciona con los estados de depresión de los trabajadores del Municipio del cantón Balsas. La investigación es de tipo descriptivo, se utilizaron los métodos: científico, analítico–sintético, deductivo-inductivo. Se emplearon el Cuestionario del Estrés Laboral de la OIT-OMS y la Escala de Depresión de Beck, en una muestra de 70 trabajadores. Resultado el 53% tiene un nivel de estrés intermedio, el 59% tienen depresión moderada. Conclusiones: Los trabajadores del Municipio del Cantón Balsas en su mayoría manifiestan estrés laboral intermedio con estados depresivos moderados; existiendo relación entre el estrés intermedio con la depresión moderada. | es_ES |
