| Resumen : | El Centro Binacional de Formación Técnica (CBFTZ), sede ecuatoriana de Zapotepamba está ubicado en el sector de Zapotepamba, perteneciente a la Parroquia Casanga, cantón Paltas, provincia de Loja, contribuye al desarrollo social, económico, político y ambiental de la región sur del Ecuador y norte del Perú. El CBFTZ cuenta con diferentes programas agrícolas en el que el turista puede realizar diferentes actividades ecoturisticas. El presente proyecto de tesis denominado “PROPUESTA DE ACTIVIDADES ECOTURÍSTICAS PARA EL CENTRO BINACIONAL DE FORMACIÓN TÉCNICA DE ZAPOTEPAMBA”, se elaboró como requisito previo a la obtención del título de ingeniera en administración Turística de la Universidad Nacional de Loja. Como objetivo principal se planteó Desarrollar una propuesta de actividades ecoturísticas en el Centro de Binacional de Formación Técnica Zapotepamba CBFTZ. Para del desarrollo del objetivo general se planteó tres objetivos específicos, para efecto, se aplicaron diversos métodos y técnicas, herramientas necesarias para la obtención de resultados, en el primer objetivo se hace necesario el uso de fuentes bibliográficas, observación directa, entrevistas y la metodología de Carla Ricaurte (2009) y para el levantamiento de Información de atractivos turísticos se utilizó las fichas del MINTUR (Ministerio de Turismo 2017): Realizar un diagnóstico turístico en el centro Binacional de Zapotepamba, se logró conocer la situación actual de la zona externa e interna del Centro Binacional, se identificaron los atractivos más relevantes de la localidad. Se desarrolló la MATRIZ FODA en el que se pudo conocer las fortalezas, oportunidades, debilidades y amenazas del CBFTZ, de la misma manera se desarrollaron estrategias con el fin de mejorar algunas actividades en el ámbito turístico. Se realizo entrevistas al presidente de la parroquia Casanga, al director del CBFTZ, técnicos del centro binacional y estudiantes que realizaban sus prácticas dentro del CBFTZ. Para el segundo objetivo, Diseñar la propuesta de actividades ecoturísticas para el Centro Binacional de Formación Técnica Zapotepamba se utilizaron instrumentos como un sistema de georreferenciación (GPS), para hacer el levantamiento de coordenadas, altitud tiempo de recorrido y distancias, cámara fotográfica para soporte digital, para lo cual se diseñó la propuesta en la realización de un mapa que comprende: la ruta por los diferentes programas agrícolas y las actividades ecoturísticas. La elaboración de la ficha donde se propone la señalética para los programas agrícolas y actividades ecoturísticas de acuerdo al manual del Ministerio de Turismo del Ecuador, necesarios para alcanzar con éxito las metas del proyecto, además se diseñó la marca y se planteó el slogan para la promoción de actividades 3 ecoturísticas. También se elaboró un guion e itinerario para el recorrido siguiendo el orden establecido en la misma. Para el tercer objetivo: Socializar de la propuesta de actividades ecoturísticas para el Centro Binacional de Formación Técnica Zapotepamba se utilizó la técnica de MARPP la misma que se desarrolló en tres fases. La primera fase se realizó mediante una convocatoria e invitación a las autoridades del Centro Binacional; la segunda fase se presentaron los resultados del trabajo investigativo; y la tercera fase se desarrolló un foro abierto en el que los asistentes brindaron las conclusiones y recomendaciones de la propuesta presentada. Finalmente se plantearon conclusiones y recomendaciones que indican la importancia de ejecutar este proyecto brindando un aporte para la mejora turística del Centro Binacional de Formación Técnica de Zapotepamba. Como conclusiones se estableció que el CBFTZ cuenta con áreas para desarrollar en camping y diversas actividades ecoturísticas, servirá de apoyo para futuras investigaciones que enfoquen un principio para involucrarse en el mundo del turismo. De esta manera se recomendó al director del Centro que de énfasis al desarrollo de la propuesta de actividades ecoturisticas, de la misma manera la promoción de sus diferentes programas y mejorar la señalética para brindar una mejor experiencia a los visitantes y presentar una mejor imagen ante los mismos, la misma que generará beneficios dentro de la economía local destinados para el Centro Binacional de Formación Técnica de Zapotepamba. |
| Descripción : | The Binational Center of Technical Training Zapotepamba (CBFTZ), Ecuadorian headquarters of Zapotepamba, is located in the sector of Zapotepamba, belonging to the Casanga Parish, Paltas canton, province of Loja, contributes to the social, economic, political and environmental development of the southern region of Ecuador and north of Peru. The CBFTZ has different agricultural programs in which tourists can perform different ecotourism activities. The current thesis project named “PROPOSAL OF ECO-TOURIST ACTIVITIES FOR THE BINATIONAL CENTER OF TECHNICAL TRAINING OF ZAPOTEPAMBA”, was carried out as a pre-requisite for getting the Degree of Engineer in Tourist Administration of the Universidad Nacional de Loja. As main goal it was set: To develop a proposal of eco-tourist activities in the Binational Center of Technical Training Zapotepamba CBFTZ. For the development of the general goal it was set three specific objectives, for this purpose, it was applied different methods and techniques, necessary tools for the use of bibliographical sources, direct observation, interviews and methodology of Carla Ricaurte (2009) and for the raising of the information of the tourist attractions it was used index cards of the MINTUR (Ministry of Tourism 2017). To develop a tourist diagnostic in the Binational Center of Zapotepamba, it was possible to know the current situation of the external e internal zones of the Binational Center, it was identified the most relevant attractive places of the locality. It was developing the FODA Matrix where it was possible to identify the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats of the CBTFZ; likewise, it was developed the strategies with the purpose of improving some activities in the tourist field. Interviews were carried out with the president of the Casanga parish, the director of the CBFTZ, technicians of the binational center and students who carried out their internships within the CBFTZ. For the second objective, To design the proposal of eco-tourist activities for the Binational Center of Technical Training of Zapotepamba it was used instruments as a system of geo-referencing (GPS), in order to make the drawing up of the coordinates, elevation, time of journey and distances, camera for digital support, for this, it was designed a proposal for the elaboration of a map that includes: the route of the different agricultural programs and ecotourist activities. The elaboration of the index card was the signing for the agricultural programs and eco-tourist activities according to the manual of Ministry of Tourism of Ecuador, which is necessary for reaching the project’s goals successfully, besides it was designed the brand and it was set the slogan for the promotion of the eco-tourist activities. Besides, it was made the script and the itinerary for the journey following the order set in the same one. 5 For the third objective: To socialize the proposal of the eco-tourist activities for the Binational Center of Technical Training Zapotepamba it was used the MARPP technique which was developed in three stages. The first one was done through an announcement and invitation for the authorities of Binational Center; in the second stage it was presented the results of the research work; and in the third stage it was developed an open forum in which the presents brought the conclusions and recommendations of the proposal. Finally, it was set the conclusions and recommendations of the thesis work that indicate the importance of developing the project to bring support for the improvement of tourism in the Binational Center of Technical Training of Zapotepamba. As conclusions, it was established that the CBFTZ has areas to develop in camping and various ecotourism activities, it will support future research that focus on a principle to get involved in the world of tourism. In this way, the director of the Center was recommended to emphasize the development of the proposed ecotourism activities, in the same way to promote their different programs and improve signage to provide a better experience to visitors and present a better image to the visitors. same, which will generate benefits within the local economy destined for the Binational Technical Training Center of Zapotepamba. |
