| dc.description | The present work of investigation(research) titled: " RETROSPECTIVE ANALYSIS ON THE INCIDENT THAT THE RADIAL(ROAD) MESSAGES GENERATE ON THE LAW OF TRAFFIC THAT ATRAVÉS OF RADIO(RADIUS) ISSUES(EMITS) WATCHTOWER OF THE CITY OF I REMOVE AND HIS(HER,YOUR) REPERCUSSION IN DRIVERS AND PEDESTRIANS PERIOD 2008-2009 ", has been determined by the situation that gives itself in different campaigns of Road Education undertaken by the National Direction(Address) of Control of Traffic and Road Security, institution in the one that carried out this investigation(research), which labor realized in benefit of the community of the country, is not spread of a suitable form, preventing the success of the campaigns. Its structure contains: Introduction: In which we explain in a succinct way what this segment includes research work that allow those who make use of it to have a complete idea ofthe content thereof. Methodology: In which detailed methods, techniques and instruments used for the research process. Presentation and discussion of results: Includes the development of research, mainly based on the tabulation, and quantitative and qualitative analysis of the results of the survey of 400 people including students, school students and staff driving city police Quito, as well as hypothesis testing and verification of the objectives outlined in the research project. Conclusions and Recommendations: It comprises eight findings and six recommendations, the first, are the result of a careful and thorough investigative work, and, second, are parameters based on the findings, the author of this investigative work can be approached especially to the authorities of the National Traffic Control and Road Safety, in order to fulfill its main objective, that is to reduce traffic accidents in the capital and the country. Proposal: Include as part preliminary, background, frame of reference, justification, objectives, budget, finance, executor, beneficiaries, stakeholders, social impact assessment, feasibility study and schedule, as well as main part of the proposal are recorded script and the libretto of micro or radio messages on the subject treated. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación titulado: “ANÁLISIS RETROSPECTIVO SOBRE LA INCIDENCIA QUE GENERAN LOS MENSAJES RADIALES SOBRE LA LEY DE TRÁNSITO QUE SE EMITEN ATRAVÉS DE RADIO VIGÍA DE LA CIUDAD DE QUITO Y SU REPERCUSIÓN EN CONDUCTORES Y PEATONES PERIODO 2008-2009”, ha sido determinado por la situación que se da en la diferentes campañas de Educación Vial emprendidas por la Dirección Nacional de Control de Tránsito y Seguridad Vial, institución en la que se realizó esta investigación, cuya labor realizada en beneficio de la comunidad del país, no es difundida de una forma adecuada, impidiendo el éxito de las campañas. Su estructura contiene: Introducción: En la que se da a conocer en una forma sucinta de qué segmentos consta el presente trabajo investigativo; aquello permitirá a quienes hagan uso de la misma tener una idea completa del contenido de la misma. Metodología: En la que se detalla métodos, técnicas e instrumentos que se utilizó para el proceso investigativo. Exposición y discusión de resultados: Comprende el desarrollo de la investigación, basada principalmente en la tabulación; y, el análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo de los resultados de la encuesta aplicada a 400 personas entre estudiantes, alumnos de escuela de conducción y personal policial de la ciudad de Quito; así como la comprobación de la hipótesis y la verificación de los objetivos planteados en el proyecto de la investigación. Conclusiones y Recomendaciones: Comprende ocho conclusiones y seis recomendaciones, las primeras, son el resultado de un trabajo investigativo minucioso y profundo; y, las segundas, son parámetros que en base a las conclusiones, el autor del presente trabajo investigativo se permite plantear de manera especial a las autoridades de la Dirección Nacional de Control de Tránsito y Seguridad Vial, con la finalidad de que su objetivo principal se cumpla, esto es disminuir los accidentes de tránsito en la capital y en el país. Propuesta: Incluye como parte preliminar; antecedentes, marco referencial, justificación, objetivos, presupuesto, financiamiento, ejecutor, beneficiarios, actores involucrados, impacto social, evaluación, estudio de factibilidad y cronograma; además y como parte principal de la propuesta se registran el guión y el libreto de los microprogramas o mensajes radiales sobre la temática tratada. | es_ES |
