| Resumen : | Esta investigación se elaboró en acatamiento a lo que determina el Régimen Académico de la Universidad Nacional de Loja, previo a optar el Grado de Ingeniera en Contabilidad y Auditoría, y a la vez se desarrolló con la finalidad de conocer la situación económica de la Agroveterinaria. Dando cumplimiento a los objetivos en el proyecto de tesis, se realizó la recolección de la documentación para el respectivo registro, posteriormente se procedió con el Plan y Manual de Cuentas de acuerdo a las necesidades del negocio, también se ejecutó el Inventario Inicial, en el que se definió el Activo y Pasivo, dando a conocer el Patrimonio que tiene el negocio, además se creó el registro en el Libro diario, en el cual se refleja cada uno de los movimientos económicos realizados en el periodo enero-diciembre para luego ser mayorizados y registrados en el Balance de Comprobación, datos que sirvieron para la elaboración de los Estados Financieros, mismos que muestran la realidad económica y financiera del negocio. Concluido con el ejercicio se determinó la situación económica de la empresa a través del Estado de Situación Financiera, Estado de Resultados y Estado de Flujo de Efectivo, brindando un margen de utilidad representativo para su propietario, como prioridad se recomienda continuar aplicando este proceso contable y aprovechar al máximo los recursos disponibles |
| Descripción : | This research was developed in compliance with what determines the Academic Regime of the National University of Loja, prior to choosing the Degree of Engineering in Accounting and Auditing, and at the same time was developed with the purpose of knowing the economic situation of the Agroveterinary. Complying with the objectives in the thesis project, the documentation for the respective record was collected, then the Plan and Manual of Accounts was carried out according to the needs of the business, the Initial Inventory was also executed, in the that the Asset and Liability was defined, making known the Patrimony that the business has, also the register was created in the Daily Book, in which each one of the economic movements carried out in the period January-December is reflected, to be later increased and recorded in the Balance of Verification, data that served for the preparation of Financial Statements, which show the economic and financial reality of the business. Concluded with the exercise, the economic situation of the company was determined through the Statement of Financial Position, Income Statement and Statement of Cash Flow, providing a representative profit margin for its owner, as a priority it is recommended to continue applying this accounting process and make the most of available resources. |
