| Resumen : | La presente tesis se la ha realizado cumpliendo con la Normativa de la Universidad Nacional de Loja para la obtención del grado de Ingeniera en Contabilidad y Auditoría; además con el propósito de implantar un Sistema Contable acorde a las necesidades del Hostal Tambococha. En la ejecución del trabajo, se dio cumplimiento a todos los objetivos planteados el mismo que fue Implantar un Sistema Contable acorde a las necesidades del Hostal; los cuales se cumplieron en orden cronológico de tal manera que se inició inventariando cuantitativa y cualitativamente todos los bienes pertenecientes al Hostal; con esta información se procedió a realizar el Estado de Situación Inicial, se elaboró el Libro Diario con el registro de las transacciones evidenciadas en los documentos fuentes, se mayorizó y resumió la información en el Balance de Comprobación, para luego recopilarla en la Hoja de Trabajo la cual facilitó la elaboración de los Estados Financieros; como son los Estado de Resultados, Balance General y Estado de Flujo del Efectivo, los mismos que evidenciaron una perdida en la utilidad en el ejercicio, otorgando así al propietario información real de la situación económica, financiera de la empresa. Al aplicar el presente Sistema Contable, se accedió a la información financiera verídica, que a través de las conclusiones y recomendaciones proyectadas en el trabajo investigativo, se permitió conocer la situación económica, financiera, que concluye con pérdida en el ejercicio económico correspondiente al periodo enero - febrero del 2016; contribuyendo así con un instrumento para el proceso y control del efectivo que se debe depositar diario; la administración deberá tomar medidas eficientes en la planificación del trabajo administrativo, corregir errores y ratificar decisiones que lleven al progreso del Hostal prestando un servicio de calidad a sus clientes. |
| Descripción : | This thesis has been carried out in compliance with the Regulations of the National University of Loja to obtain the degree in Accounting and Auditing; also with the purpose of implementing an Accounting System according to the needs of the Tambococha Hostel. In the execution of the work, all the stated objectives were fulfilled, the same one that was Implementing an Accounting System according to the needs of the Hostel; which were carried out in chronological order in such a way that all the goods belonging to the Hostel began with the inventory quantitatively and qualitatively; With this information, the Initial Situation Statement was prepared, the Daily Book was prepared with the record of the transactions evidenced in the source documents, the information was summarized in the Verification Balance, and then collected in the Worksheet which facilitated the preparation of Financial Statements; such as the Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement, which evidenced a loss in profit during the year, thus giving the owner real information on the economic and financial situation of the company. When applying this Accounting System, we accessed the truthful financial information, which through the conclusions and recommendations projected in the research work, allowed to know the economic and financial situation, which ends with loss in the fiscal year corresponding to the January period. - February 2016; thus contributing with an instrument for the process and control of the cash that must be deposited daily; the administration must take efficient measures in the planning of administrative work, correct errors and ratify decisions that lead to the progress of the hostel providing a quality service to its customers. |
