| dc.description | This research aims to determine family functionality and the level of alcohol consumption in junior and senior high school students at high schools with an evening scheduled in the city of Loja. This was an epidemiological, qualitative- quantitative, descriptive, analytical - Synthetic and cross- sectional study. For data collection the AUDIT Test was used to identify alcohol consumption disorders, as Well as the APGAR instrument, which catalogs family functionality. In order to attain better accuracy in the results, tabulation and data analysis were conducted through the IBM SPSS Statistics 23 program. The study population was composed of a total of 82 students, obtaining as a result that of 100% of the participants 80.49% consume alcohol’12.20% belong to functional families and 87.80% belong to mild, moderated and several dysfunctional families. Once the analysis and interpretation were evaluated, it was concluded that there is a greater relationship between alcohol consumption and families of moderate and severe dysfunction. Therefore, a Psychoeducational plan for students, focused on the prevention and reduction of alcohol consumption, as Well as the improvement of family functionality, was proposed. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la funcionalidad familiar y el nivel de consumo de alcohol en estudiantes de segundo y tercer año de bachillerato en colegios nocturnos de la ciudad de Loja, fue un estudio epidemiológico, cualitativo- cuantitativo, descriptivo, analítico - sintético y de corte transversal. Para la recolección de la información se utilizó el Test AUDIT que sirve para identificar trastornos debido al consumo de alcohol, así como el instrumento APGAR el cuál cataloga funcionalidad familiar. Para mejor precisión, la tabulación y el análisis de datos fue mediante el programa IBM SPSS Statistics 23, la población de estudio fue un total de 82 estudiantes que equivale al 100%, en el cual el 80.49% consumen alcohol, el 12.20% pertenecen a familias funcionales y el 87.80% pertenece a familias leve, moderada y severamente disfuncionales. Después del análisis e interpretación, se concluyó que existe mayor relación entre consumo de alcohol con familias de moderada y severa disfuncionalidad. Todo ello motivo al planteamiento de un programa psicoeducativo para los estudiantes enfocado a la prevención y disminución de consumo de alcohol, así como también una mejora del funcionamiento familiar.
