dc.descriptionIn the current era of information and knowledge, the major challenge for organizations is to achieve their objectives, within a context of high competition, rapid development and growing demands of customers or users. "In these conditions, only organizations that are able to articulate strategy and human talent will survive, hence if we ask ourselves: Can human talent management techniques really impact on the results of a company? The answer is a definitive "yes"1, "therefore this research work consists of knowledge and proposals that will contribute to the improvement and progress of the organization, through proper application of "HUMAN TALENT MANAGEMENT IN THE COMPANY AUSTRORIEGO CIA. LTDA" in the city of Loja. The purpose of this research is to implement the knowledge imparted in the university classroom and contribute to the business development of the city of Loja, and in particular the company Austroriego Cía. Ltda reach with the proper and efficient implementation of Human Resource Management, the highest levels of competitiveness, efficiency and effectiveness in achieving its objectives. For the present study I counted with the collaboration of managers and Austroriego company staff, in all 10 people who will be the total study population, as well as mentoring and support of engineers Cesar Gonzalez and Rodrigo Culcay, who are university teachers. The methods used are deductive, inductive and analytical, once the information was collected in a first approach to the company through direct observation, I made the choice of topic through brainstorming and further development of the problems matrix and the causes and effects diagram that served to identify the main problem which is the lack of Human Resource Management and possible situations that bother the company’s personnel management. Then, surveys were applied to the employees, and also an interview to the manager of the company, that after the tabulation, analysis and interpretation allowed meeting the current reality of the company where 30% indicate that there are not departments within the company. The 40% are paid $ 270 dollars, which is for most of the employees. 80% of employees point out that they do not know what department they belong to. 60% of its staff works under contract and only the manager has an official position. The function each of the employees performs has concordance with the position they occupy. Most employees were informed of the vacancy through personal referrals. 50% of employees have completed higher education. 40% of employees have been working in the company between 1 to 3 years. The company does not have a welcoming handbook. 50% of employees apply their resume and an interview at the moment of selection. The company does not have a training plan, which is very important for the growing of employees in their fields. 90% of employees indicate that they do not receive any kind of motivation on the part of the company, within each job position evaluation, each employee has their own factors according to the position they occupy in the field work. With these results proceeded to develop the proposals which include recruitment models, selection, hiring, induction with a welcome handbook, training plan, plan of motivation, as well as the assessment of each job and also performance evaluation of each employee in the company.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEn la era actual, la de la información y el conocimiento, el reto principal de las organizaciones es el logro de sus objetivos, en un contexto de alta competitividad, rápidos desarrollos y crecientes demandas de clientes o usuarios.“En estas condiciones, sólo las organizaciones que logren articular estrategia y talento humano sobrevivirán, de ahí que si nos preguntamos ¿Pueden las técnicas de administración del talento humano impactar realmente en los resultados de una compañía? La respuesta es un "SI" definitivo”1, por lo tanto el presente trabajo investigativo está constituido por conocimientos y propuestas que contribuirán al mejoramiento y progreso de la organización, mediante una correcta aplicación de la “GESTION DEL TALENTO HUMANO EN LA EMPRESA AUSTRORIEGO CIA LTDA” de la ciudad de Loja. El propósito de ésta investigación es poner en práctica los conocimientos impartidos en las aulas universitarias y contribuir de alguna manera al desarrollo empresarial de la ciudad de Loja y en particular a que la empresa Austroriego Cía. Ltda. alcance con la implementación adecuada y eficiente de la Gestión del Talento Humano, sus más altos niveles de competitividad, eficiencia y eficacia para el logro de sus objetivos. Para el presente trabajo se contó con la colaboración de directivos y personal de la empresa Austroriego que en total la conforman 10 personas que será el total de la población de estudio, así como con la tutoría y apoyo de los ingenieros Cesar González y Rodrigo Culcay docentes universitarios. Los métodos que se utilizó son el deductivo, inductivo y analítico, una vez que se recabó la información en un primer acercamiento a la empresa a través de la observación directa, realicé la selección del tema, mediante una lluvia de ideas y posterior elaboración de la matriz problemática y del diagrama de causas y efectos que sirvió para identificar el problema principal que es la ausencia de la Gestión del Talento Humano y posibles situaciones que incomodan el manejo del personal de la empresa. Seguidamente se aplicó encuestas a los empleados y entrevista al gerente de la misma, que luego de la tabulación, análisis e interpretación me permitió conocer la situación actual de la empresa dentro de la cual se destacan los siguientes aspectos: el 30% indican que no existen departamentos dentro de la misma; el 40% perciben una remuneración de $270 dólares que son la mayoría de los empleados; el 80 % de los empleados indican desconocer al departamento al que pertenece; el 60% de su personal labora bajo contrato y únicamente el Gerente posee nombramiento; las funciones que realizan los empleados si están acorde con el cargo que ocupan, salvo el caso del bodeguero e instalador que tienen duplicidad de funciones; la mayoría de los empleados se informaron de la vacante mediante referencias personales de los accionistas de la empresa; el 50 % de los empleados poseen instrucción superior; el 40 % de los empleados llevan laborando en la empresa de 1 a 3 años; la empresa no cuenta con un manual de bienvenida, al 50 % de los empleados se les aplico hoja de vida y entrevista al momento de ser seleccionados, la empresa no cuenta con un plan de capacitación que es de suma importancia para el crecimiento de los empleados en el campo laboral, el 90% de los empleados indican que no reciben ningún tipo de motivación por parte de la empresa; dentro de la valoración de puestos ésta no ha sido aplicada desde la creación de la empresa; con estos resultados procedí a realizar las propuestas que van desde modelos de reclutamiento, selección, contratación, inducción con un manual de bienvenida, plan de capacitación, plan de motivación, además la valoración de cada puesto de trabajo así como la evaluación del desempeño de cada empleado de la empresa.es_ES
