| Resumen : | La responsabilidad vial es una de las prácticas concretas, que tenemos aquí y ahora para mejorar la sociedad en la que vivimos, sin duda, se trata de tomar decisiones operativas ante las críticas cifras de los accidentes de tránsito, motivadas por factores de despreocupación, falta de responsabilidad, controles ineficientes, leyes frágiles, en consecuencia son datos que preocupan y afectan a la realidad que vive la sociedad ecuatoriana. Es una puesta en marcha de conductas responsables las que debemos agilizar inmediatamente, tomando medidas correctivas desde el Estado, las instituciones intermedias que capaciten y promuevan este tipo de comportamiento y por supuesto el compromiso de todos los ciudadanos, que comprendamos la importancia de respetar las leyes de transito; y, nos hagamos cargo de ejercerlas. La licencia de conducir es el documento que acredita y autoriza a una persona para conducir un vehículo de acuerdo con su clasificación, la licencia de conducir no es un documento de identificación, como erróneamente lo han interpretado en los bancos del sistema, el documento de identificación en la actualidad es la cédula de identidad o ciudadanía, en el caso de las licencias de conducir es un documento por el cual se acredita el que, una persona está en la capacidad de conducir vehículos automotores en todo el territorio nacional; el conducir lleva consigo mucha actividades como la personal, profesional, laboral y comercial. La matricula vehicular es el documento público que identifica a un automotor, acredita la propiedad y sirve para circular por las vías públicas del país, debe actualizarse cada vez que se cambie de propietario; en la actualidad las estadísticas arrojan datos preocupantes en lo que respecta a los accidentes de tránsito, la característica principal de este problema es afectar a la sociedad, que no distingue clase social, edad o sexo. La concentración frente al volante, la prudencia al manejar, mayor consideración hacia los peatones, respeto a las leyes de transito, constituyen el abc, para lograr una mejor convivencia con la sociedad, ya que el objeto mas valioso y el bien mas preciado que se tiene es la vida. |
| Descripción : | The responsibility vial is one of the concrete practices that have here and now to improve the society without a doubt in which live, it is about making operative decisions before the critics figures of the traffic accidents, motivated by factors of easiness, lack of responsibility, inefficient controls, fragile laws, in consequence are data that worry and they affect to the reality that the Ecuadorian society lives. The driver's license is the document that credits and it authorizes a person to drive an agreement vehicle with its classification, the driver's license is not an identification document, as erroneously they have interpreted it in the banks of the system, the identification document at the present time is the identification of identity or citizenship, in the case of the driver's licenses it is a document for which the one is credited that, a person is in the capacity to drive self-driven vehicles in the whole national territory; driving takes I get a lot of activities like the personal one, professional, labor and commercial. It registers it vehicular it is the public document that identifies to a railcar, it credits the property and it is good to circulate for the public roads of the country, every time it should be upgraded that is changed of proprietor; at the present time the statistics throw worrying data in what concerns to the traffic accidents, the main characteristic of this problem it is to affect to the society that doesn't distinguish social class, age or sex. The concentration in front of the steering wheel, the wisdom when managing, bigger consideration toward the pedestrians, respect to the laws of I traffic, they constitute the abc, to achieve a better coexistence with the society, since the object but valuable and the well but valuable that one has it is the life.
