| Resumen : | La presente tesis titulada PLAN ESTRATÉGICO PARA LA COOPERATIVA DE TRANSPORTE MIXTO “CIUDAD DE MACARÁ” PERIODO 2009-2015, se elaboró en base a las Normas Generales previo a optar el Grado de Ingeniera en Contabilidad y Auditoría. La misma que cuenta con un Resumen, la Introducción que es el extracto general de lo que es la investigación realizada en donde se resalta la importancia del tema y el aporte que se brindara a la cooperativa, la Revisión de Literatura cuidadosamente redactada de manera tal que constituya un material de consulta permanente, contiene la fundamentación teórica como son los conceptos que contribuyen de forma significativa mediante la presentación de un conjunto de planteamientos críticos y los aspectos mas importantes que se relacionan directamente con el tema objeto de estudio. En la Metodología utilizada se hace constar los métodos y técnicas que se emplearon para el desarrollo de la investigación. Posteriormente presente la Propuesta que enmarca en primera instancia el Diagnostico situacional de la empresa realizado mediante la aplicación de unas encuestas y la aplicación de la matriz FODA Fortalezas, Oportunidades, Debilidades y Amenazas esto me brindo información que sustenta la propuesta de un plan estratégico, en donde propongo una Misión y Visión, aspectos que orientan el accionar actual de la empresa y el futuro que esperan cumplir frente a la sociedad, plante objetivos para lo cual se establece políticas, estrategias y proyectos a seguir para su propuesta en marcha. Finalmente son expuestas las Conclusiones y Recomendaciones tenientes a dar solución a los problemas que aquejan al posicionamiento y desarrollo de la Cooperativa Mixta Ciudad de Macará. Esperando que estas tengan la acogida necesaria por parte de los Directivos de la empresa a fin de obtener resultados óptimos en el cumplimiento de sus actividades diarias. También se hace constar toda la bibliografía que sirvió para la fundamentación teórica así como los respectivos Anexos. |
| Descripción : | The present thesis titled STRATEGIC PLAN FOR THE COOPERATIVE OF MIXED TRANSPORTS MACARÁ CITY PERIOD 2009-2015 was elaborate based on the general Norms previous to opt the grade of Engineering in Accounting and Audit. The same that has a Summary, the Introduction that is a general extract of what is the carried out investigation where is stood out the importance of the topic and the contribution that you will give to the cooperative, The Revision of Literature, carefully edited in a such way that constitutes a material of permanent consultation, it contains the theoretical foundation as they are the concepts that contribute in a significant way by means of the presentation of a group of critical positions and the most important aspects that are related directly with the topic study object. In the used Methodology it is made know the methods and technical that were used for the development of our investigation. The it presents the Proposal that it frames in first instance the situational Diagnosis of the cooperative carried out by means of the application of a survey and the application of the main SOWA (Strengths, Opportunities, Weaknesses, Aptitudes), this it offers us information that sustains the proposal of a strategic Plan where we prolong a Mission and Vision, aspects that guide working current of the company and the future that wait to complete in front of the society, we outline objectives for that which you settle down political, strategies and projects to continue for their setting in march. Finally the Conclusions and Recommendations tendients are exposed to give solution to the problems that the positioning and development of the Cooperative of Mixed Transports “MACARÁ CITY”. Waiting that these they have the necessary welcome on the part of the directive of the Cooperative in order to obtain good results in the execution of their daily activities. It also the whole bibliography that served for the theoretical foundation as the respective annexes. |
