| dc.description | The purpose of the work is to provide the owner with an adequate accounting process to carry out a record of all the movements made by the company to know the current economic situation and solve different problems. Also allowed to meet one of the requirements demanded by the university prior to opting for the degree in Accounting and Auditing CPA. Taking into account the proposed objectives was started by selecting all the documentation as: invoices, retention vouchers and others. Next, the Plan and Manual of Accounts were designed according to economic activity, which allowed the registration of transactions in the journal and ledger. Finally in a systematic order we made the Financial Statements that allowed us to know the economic situation. | dc.description.abstract | El trabajo tiene la finalidad de entregar a su propietario un proceso contable adecuado para llevar a cabo un registro de todos los movimientos realizados por la empresa para saber la situación económica actual y dar solución a diferentes problemáticas. También permitió cumplir con uno de los requisitos exigidos por la universidad previo a optar por el grado de Ingeniera en Contabilidad y Auditoría CPA. Tomando en cuenta los objetivos propuestos se inició seleccionando toda la documentación como: facturas, comprobantes de retención y otros. Seguidamente se diseñó el Plan y Manual de Cuentas de acuerdo a la actividad económica lo que permitió realizar el registro de las transacciones en el libro diario y libro mayor. Finalmente, en un orden sistemático realizamos los Estados Financieros los que nos permitieron conocer la situación económica. Al finalizar la investigación se concluye que la práctica permitió conocer resultados reales mediante los Estados Financieros; por lo que, se recomienda continuar con el proceso contable para que se pueda realizar mejoras y se recurra a buenas tomas de decisiones para el buen crecimiento Económico-Financiero de la distribuidora. | es_ES |
