| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de tesis surge primeramente como requisito a la obtención del grado de Ingeniera en Contabilidad y Auditoría CPA. Además se lo propone con la finalidad de contar con una apreciación real de la situación financiera del negocio y así poder plantear las debidas soluciones a la problemática existente. Para el desarrollo del trabajo de titulación fue necesario plantear un objetivo general y los correspondientes específicos, por lo cual fue necesario recopilar documentación fuente para establecer el Estado de Situación Inicial de la empresa; se elaboró el Inventario Inicial de todos los bienes, valores y obligaciones que posee el comercial; así mismo se diseñaron los documentos, comprobantes y registros contables y auxiliares que respalden las transacciones efectuadas durante el periodo contable; se elaboraron los Estados Financieros que demuestren la real situación económica, financiera de la empresa del bazar. Finalmente, se proporcionó a la propietaria información real y oportuna del negocio, en base a la normativa contable y tributaria, permitiéndole cumplir con los requisitos establecidos por los organismos de control, por lo que se recomienda continuar con el proceso contable aplicado, haciendo uso de herramientas tecnológicas para un control adecuado de las mercaderías, por lo tanto se recomienda su implementación que ayude a organizar de forma eficiente el comercial y pueda crecer en el mercado. |
| Descripción : | The present thesis work arises first as a requirement to obtain the degree of Accounting and Auditing CPA. In addition it is proposed with the purpose of having a real appreciation of the financial situation of the business and thus be able to propose the appropriate solutions to the existing problem. For the development of the titling work, it was necessary to establish a general objective and the corresponding ones, for which it was necessary to collect source documentation to establish the initial state of the company; the Initial Inventory of all the goods, values and obligations that the commercial has been developed; documents, receipts and accounting and auxiliary records were designed to support the transactions carried out during the accounting period; financial statements were prepared that demonstrate the real economic and financial situation of the bazaar company. Finally, real and timely information was provided to the owner, based on the accounting and tax regulations, allowing it to comply with the requirements established by the control agencies, so it is recommended to continue with the accounting process applied, making use of technological tools for a more adequate control of the goods, therefore it is recommended its implementation that helps to efficiently organize the commercial and can grow in the market. |
