| Resumen : | El trabajo de tesis denominada “DISEÑO DE UN SISTEMA CONTABLE PARA EL CONSULTORIO DENTAL DEL DR. CÉSAR AUGUSTO ROJAS PALADINES DE LA CIUDAD DE LOJA. PERÍODO: MARZO-JUNIO DEL 2016.”, se realizó con la finalidad de diseñar un sistema contable fortaleciendo el ámbito contable financiero, facilitando de esta manera la correcta toma de decisiones. Cumpliendo con los objetivos específicos planteados en el proyecto de tesis a través del desarrollo y aplicación del procedimiento contable, el mismo que se inició con el levantamiento del inventario inicial el cual se realizó mediante constatación física con la finalidad de conocer el valor real de los activos, pasivos y patrimonio del consultorio; se diseñó el plan y manual de cuentas acorde a la actividad económica, los mismos que están compuestos por un código, la cuenta y su respectiva descripción facilitando el registro correcto de las transacciones; por consiguiente se empleó el diseño de auxiliares de compras, ventas, cuentas por cobrar, rol de pagos y rol de provisiones que se efectuó con la documentación otorgada por el propietario para sintetizar la información contable; finalmente la aplicación de indicadores financieros con sus respectivas interpretaciones tomando como base los distintos estados financieros que se realizaron en el transcurso del proceso contable, evaluando de esta manera la situación económica y financiera del consultorio. El trabajo de tesis se desarrolló a través de las normas, políticas, principios, técnicas y procedimientos que rigen a la contabilidad, en la que se cumple y analiza todo el proceso contable del consultorio, convirtiéndose en instrumento fundamental e indispensable para actuar decisivamente en el fortalecimiento manejo y utilización de los recursos humanos, materiales y financieros del mismo. 3 Se culmina con la presentación de las conclusiones y recomendaciones donde se constató que el consultorio no contaba con un sistema contable, el cual no le permite al propietario conocer la situación económica-financiera real, razón por la que se recomienda tener en cuenta el trabajo de tesis, el mismo que será un aporte para el desarrollo y crecimiento del mismo. |
| Descripción : | The thesis entitled "SYSTEM DESIGN OF AN ACCOUNTANT FOR DENTAL OFFICE OF DR. CÉSAR AUGUSTO ROJAS PALADINES CITY OF LOJA. PERIOD: MARCH-JUNE 2016 "allowed to reach the fulfillment of the objectives and is making the implementation of an accounting system and so reach an efficient control of economic and financial activities of the office. In the development and implementation of goals was developed each accounting procedures with their definitions, showing the movement and activity of the office during the period March- June 2016, through the financial statements, to hear real way the situation Also, the design of an accounting system was performed. Starting with the lifting of the inventory that facilitated the better organization of materials for the fulfillment of their economic and financial activity, in the same way they were designed and developed the main books and records, developing a plan and manual account agreement the needs of the office of Dr. Cesar Augusto Rojas Paladins, proceeding to register each of the transactions carried out by the office in the journal, ledger, balance, worksheet and financial statements, finally came to the implementation of the key financial indicators allowing to know the economic and financial situation of the office. The thesis work was developed through the Rules, Policies, Principles, Techniques and Procedures governing accounting, which is true and analyzes all Accounting Process of office, becoming fundamental and indispensable instrument to act decisively in the building, management and utilization of human, material and financial resources thereof. 5 The thesis concludes by demonstrating the reality and the need to design an accounting system for the dental office of Dr. Cesar Augusto Rojas Paladins, which it through its proper use is a guide to improve the organization and administration of the office, right why his owner is recommended to consider the thesis work, it will be a contribution to the development and growth of the same. |
