| Resumen : | La presente tesis se desarrolló en vista de la necesidad del almacén de aplicar la contabilidad y obtener los resultados de los Estados Financieros y poder contar con información razonable que permita tomar decisiones para beneficio de la empresa. Los objetivos planteados al inicio del trabajo se cumplieron a cabalidad; dando inicio al cumplimiento del objetivo general en el cual se recopiló la documentación fuente correspondiente a los meses de Mayo- Junio del 2016, de los cuales se cogió la información necesaria para controlar y registrar las actividades económicas de la empresa. Seguidamente se cumplió con el segundo objetivo que es: levantar un inventario inicial a través de la constatación física, para conocer los bienes, valores y obligaciones que posee la empresa y de esta manera realizar el Estado de Situación Inicial, elaboración de un plan y manual de cuentas en base a la actividad comercial y a las necesidades de la empresa para ello se establecen cuentas con su descripción y su respectiva codificación, memorándum de operaciones, ejecución del Libro Diario, Libro Mayor, Balance de Comprobación, Hoja de Trabajo, Estado de Resultados, Estado de Situación Financiera, Estado de Flujo de Efectivo, que permitieron conocer los resultados económicos del negocio de manera oportuna, lo que constituye un aporte básico dentro de las operaciones comerciales. Como conclusión general al término del informe se destaca la importancia de la aplicación de la contabilidad, cuyos resultados facilitan el control de los recursos y toma de decisiones acertadas para bienestar de la empresa. |
| Descripción : | This thesis was developed in view of the need of the warehouse to apply the accounting and obtain the results of the financial statements and to have reasonable information to make decisions for the benefit of the company. The objectives set at the beginning of the work were fully fulfilled; Initiating the fulfillment of the general objective in which the source documentation was compiled for the months of May-June 2016, from which the necessary information was collected to control and record the economic activities of the company. Then, the second objective was accomplished: to draw up an initial inventory through the physical verification, to know the assets, values and obligations that the company has and thus to carry out the State of Initial Situation, drawing up a plan and manual Of accounts based on the commercial activity and the needs of the company, for this purpose, accounts are established with their description and their respective codification, memorandum of operations, execution of the Daily Book, General Ledger, Check Balance, Worksheet, Income Statement , Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Cash Flows, which made it possible to know the economic results of the business in a timely manner, which constitutes a basic contribution within the commercial operations. As a general conclusion at the end of the report highlights the importance of the application of accounting, whose results facilitate the control of resources and decision making for the well-being of the company. |
