| Resumen : | El diagnóstico comunitario de salud es el proceso de recolección de datos y su posterior análisis, para determinar cuáles son las necesidades de salud de la población que los servicios sanitarios deben atender estableciendo operaciones y acciones que permiten enfrentar los problemas y necesidades detectadas, dada la importancia se ha decidido realizar la presente investigación denominada: “DIAGNÓSTICO COMUNITARIO DE SALUD DEL BARRIO MOTUPE BAJO SECTOR VIII, IX, X, XII Y XII, SEPTIEMBRE–DICIEMBRE DE 2013”. Planteándose los siguientes objetivos: Realizar diagnósticos comunitarios del área de influencia del Hospital Universitario de Motupe con sus respectivos perfiles epidemiológicos y mapas parlantes, que sirva de base para la formulación del Proyecto de Desarrollo en salud del sector con lo que se brindará sostenibilidad a las propuestas de trabajo de la unidad de salud y brindar servicios específicos de enfermería, orientados a procurar el ejercicio del derecho a la salud de los grupos menos favorecidos, como forma de acercamiento a la comunidad y estrategia de vinculación con el servicio de salud. El presente es un estudio de carácter descriptivo con un universo de 615 habitantes 324 mujeres y 291 hombres. Finalizado el trabajo se establece las siguientes conclusiones: El grupo etario que predomina es la población joven, referente al sexo es el femenino (52.68), el nivel de educación es el básico (45.36%), el método de planificación familiar más utilizado es el método del ritmo y las mujeres con vida sexual activa que no se realizan el papanicolaou (45.95%). En cuanto al perfil epidemiológico las patologías crónicas encontradas son: la hipertensión arterial y diabetes mellitus, en las discapacidades se encuentran la visual, física e intelectual. Se respalda la investigación con bibliografía y anexos que contempla el desarrollo de la misma. Palabras Claves: Estudio de salud, Diagnostico de Salud. |
| Descripción : | The community diagnosis of health is the process of gathering of data and its later analysis, to determine which they are the necessities of the population's health that the sanitary services should assist establishing operations and stocks that you/they allow to face the problems and detected necessities, given the importance has decided to carry out the present denominated investigation: "DIAGNOSTIC COMMUNITY OF HEALTH OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD MOTUPE BAJO SECTOR VIII, IX, X, XII AND XII, SEPTEMBER-DECEMBER OF 2013". Thinking about the following objectives: To carry out diagnostic community of the area of influence of the University Hospital of Motupe with their respective epidemic profiles and speaking maps that it serves as base for the formulation of the Development project in health of the sector with what you will offer sostenibilidad to the working proposals of the unit of health and to offer specific services of infirmary, guided to offer the exercise from the right to the health of the less privileged group, like approach form to the community and linking strategy with the service of health. The present is a study of descriptive character with an universe of 615 inhabitants 324 women and 291 men. Concluded the work settles down the following summations: The group etario that prevails is the young population, with respect to the sex it is the feminine one (52.68), the education level is the basic one (45.36%), the most utilized method of family planning is the method of the rhythm and the women with active sexual life that you/they are not carried out the papanicolaou (45.95%). As for the epidemic profile the opposing chronic pathologies are: the arterial hypertension and diabetes mellitus, in the discapacidades the visual one, physics and intellectual are. The investigation is supported with bibliography and annexes that it contemplates the development of the same one. |
