Resumen : El desarrollo turístico del país ha tomado un lugar muy importante dentro de las prioridades del Ecuador, debido a que el turismo es una de las fuentes primarias de ingresos y de progreso por el potencial que posee en cuanto a la riqueza natural y cultural. En la provincia de Zamora Chinchipe y en su capital Zamora se busca proyectar el desarrollo del turismo a través de la conservación del medio ambiente y del buen uso de los recursos. Es por eso que la señalética turística forma parte esencial para poder conservar dichos atractivos y guiar e informar a los visitantes sobre las normas, prohibiciones y actividades que pueden desarrollar sin que se cause algún impacto al medio ambiente, de esta manera se conservan los recursos tanto naturales como culturales de la zona. La Organización Mundial de Turismo ha determinado un tipo de señalética con simbología y características básicas de diseño que puede ser reconocida en cualquier parte del mundo sin importar por los viajeros. El Ministerio de Turismo, rigiéndose en estas normas internacionales crea el Manual de señalética Turística del Ecuador para que los visitantes que llegan al país tengan orientación de los diferentes atractivos turísticos del país, además de los servicios que se prestan e información en general que es de gran ayuda para el viajero. En la provincia de Zamora Chinchipe se encuentra el cantón Zamora y a su vez capital de la misma, la cual está conformada por ocho parroquias; dos urbanas y seis rurales. Zamora ha sido conocida a nivel nacional como la Capital Minera del Ecuador, pero actualmente se la conoce como la Tierra de Aves y Cascadas, dada la constante presencia de diversas aves y cascadas que sobresalen en el cantón. En la parroquia Zamora se encuentra varios atractivos turísticos que no se han podido dar a conocer, por razones de accesibilidad ya que no cuentan con senderos adecuados y menos con algún tipo de señalética que permitan llegar a ellos con facilidad, haciendo escaso el desarrollo turístico del sector. Por tal motivo es el presente estudio que tiene como finalidad contribuir al desarrollo turístico local mediante la propuesta de “SENDERIZACIÓN Y SEÑALÉTICA TURÍSTICA PARA LA CASCADA LA ROSA DE LA PARROQUIA ZAMORA, CANTÓN ZAMORA, PROVINCIA DE ZAMORA CHINCHIPE”, con lo cual se busca colaborar con la conservación y protección de especies de flora y fauna existentes en este sendero y a su vez permitiendo al turista recorrer el sendero con facilidad. Dentro de esto se planearon objetivos específicos que permitan cumplir el objetivo general, los cuales fueron: Realizar el diagnóstico turístico de la cascada La Rosa de la parroquia Zamora, cantón Zamora, provincia de Zamora Chinchipe. Luego de esto fue: Desarrollar la propuesta de senderización y señalética turística para la cascada La Rosa de la 3 parroquia Zamora, cantón Zamora, provincia de Zamora Chinchipe. Y por último fue: Elaborar un estudio de impacto ambiental de los senderos de la cascada La Rosa de la parroquia Zamora, cantón Zamora, provincia de Zamora Chinchipe. Dentro de la metodología se consideró el método científico, analítico, sintético, inductivo y deductivo; los cuales permitieron procesar la información obtenida en el desarrollo de este trabajo. Se utilizó la Matriz de Carla Ricaurte, utilizando la ficha de caracterización de comunidades, también se utilizó las fichas de inventarios turísticos del MINTUR, la que nos permitió evaluar el estado actual de los atractivos turísticos del lugar. Además, se realizó entrevistas, mediante esta técnica se obtuvo información real que permitió saber las fortalezas, oportunidades, debilidades y amenazas del lugar; con el fin de desarrollar de mejor manera este trabajo de investigación. Se utilizó el sistema de posicionamiento global (GPS), obteniendo las coordenadas de los atractivos turísticos y marcar los puntos del sendero en los cuales se va a implementar la señalética turística. También se utilizó la metodología de Miguel Cifuentes, elaborando la capacidad de carga del sendero, estableciendo el número máximo de visitas que puede recibir analizando los factores expuestos en la metodología del autor. Para el diseño de la señalética turística se realizó una ficha en la cual se detalla los materiales, el tipo de señalética, el antes y después con el montaje respectivo de cada uno y un presupuesto en caso de que se vaya a ejecutar el proyecto. Consecutivamente se realizó un estudio de impacto ambiental utilizando la matriz de Leopold (CAUSA - EFECTO) con el objetivo de evaluar y considerar los posibles impactos del proyecto sobre diferentes factores ambientales. Con este trabajo se concluye que la Parroquia Zamora cuenta con atractivos turísticos muy importantes y de interés para el turista; la cascada La Rosa es un lugar muy llamativo gracias a la abundancia de flora y fauna que la rodean a ella y durante todo el recorrido por el sendero se puede observar la misma. Por lo que se recomienda a las autoridades de EMSETUR poner en marcha la Propuesta de Senderización y Señalética Turística, con el fin de hacer de estos atractivos turísticos más accesibles a los visitantes.
Descripción : The tourist development of the country has taken a very important place inside the priorities of the Ecuador, due to the fact that the tourism is one of the primary sources of income and of progress for the potential that it possesses as for the natural and cultural wealth. In the province of Zamora Chinchipe and its cardinal Zamora one seeks to project the development of the tourism across the conservation of the environment and of the good use of the resources. Is for this reason that the tourist signals forms a part essentially to be able to preserve the above mentioned attractions and guide and inform the visitors about the procedure, prohibitions and activities that they can develop without some impact is caused to the environment, hereby there remain the both natural and cultural resources of the zone. The World Organization of Tourism has determined a type of signal with symbology and basic characteristics of design that can be recognized in any part of the world without mattering for the travelers. The Department of Tourism, being ruled in these international procedure believe the Manual of signal Tourist of the Ecuador in order that the visitors who come to the country have orientation of the different tourist attractions of the country, besides the services that give themselves and information in general that is of great help for the traveler.In the province of Zamora Chinchipe is the town Zamora and in turn the capital of the same one, which is shaped by eight parishes; two urban ones and six rural ones. Zamora has been known on the national level as the Mining Capital of the Ecuador, but nowadays the constant is known as the Earth of Birds and Waterfalls, given attends of diverse birds and waterfalls that stand out in the town. For this reason the present study has as purpose that contribute to the tourist local development by means of the offer of " FOOTPATHION AND TOURIST SIGNAL TO THE WATERFALL THE ROSA OF THE PARISH ZAMORA, TOWN ZAMORA, PROVINCE OF ZAMORA CHINCHIPE ", With which one seeks to collaborate with the conservation and protection of existing species of flora and fauna in this path and in turn allowing to the tourist to cross the path with facility. Inside this there were planned specific objetives that allow to fulfill the general objetive, which were: The Rosa of the parish Realizes the tourist diagnosis of the waterfall Zamora, Town Zamora, province of Zamora Chinchipe. After this To develop the offer of footpathion and signal tourist for the waterfall The Rosa of the parish Zamora, Town Zamora, province of Zamora Chinchipe. And finally: The Rosa of the parish Elaborates a study 5 of environmental impact of the paths of the waterfall Zamora, Town Zamora, province of Zamora Chinchipe Inside the methodology it was considered to be the scientific, analytical, synthetic, inductive and deductive method; which allowed when processed all the information obtained in the development of this one work. Carla Ricaurte's Counterfoil was in use, using the card of characterization of communities, also one used the cards of tourist inventories of the MINTUR, which allowed us to evaluate the current condition of the tourist local attractions. In addition interviews were realized, by means of this technique we could have the real information that allowed us you know the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and local threats; in order to develop of better way this work of investigation. Also Michael Cifuentes was in use the methodology der, elaborating the capacity of load of the path, establishing the maximum number of visits that can receive analyzing the factors exposed in the methodology of the author. For the design of the tourist signal there was realized a card in which the materials, the type is detailed of signal, before and later with the respective assembly of each one and a budget in case the project is going to be executed. Consecutivly there was realized a study of environmental impact using Leopold's counterfoil (REASON - EFFECT) with the objetive to evaluate and consider the possible impacts of the project on different environmental factors. With this work one concludes that the Parish Zamora has tourist very important attractions and of interest for the tourist; the waterfall The Rosa is a very showy place thanks to the abundance of flora and fauna that they surround to her and during the whole tour by the path the same one can be observed. For what recommends to the authorities of EMSETUR to start the Offer of footpathion and Turistic Signal, whit the objective to do of these more accessible tourist attractions the visitors.
