| Resumen : | La presente tesis titulada: IMPLANTACIÓN DEL PROCESO CONTABLE EN LA CONSTRUCTORA VIPACAS CIA. LTDA. DE LA CIUDAD DE LOJA, PERIODO MAYO - JUNIO DEL 2016., se desarrolló con la finalidad de implantar la contabilidad comercial bajo la aplicación de las Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera (NIFF), mediante el proceso se conoció de forma real, los resultados obtenidos, ayudando a tomar correctivos necesarios en la administración de la empresa, y dar cumplimiento con lo establecido por los organismos de control. La aplicación del proceso contable dio cumplimiento a los objetivos planteados al inicio de la investigación, los mismos que tienen relación con la recopilación de la información fuente de la constructora en el periodo determinado, elaborar el proceso contable realizando el, Inventario Inicial hasta la preparación de los Estado Financieros, y la elaboración de las Notas Aclaratorias, así también estableciendo sus debidas recomendaciones para los propietarios. Al concluir el presente trabajo de investigación y con los resultados alcanzados, se ha contribuido en la toma de decisiones de la empresa, brindando información real de los bienes, derechos y obligaciones que dispone la constructora, mismos que se reflejan en los Estados Financieros obtenidos de un proceso contable ordenado y sistemático. |
| Descripción : | This thesis entitled: IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS IN STOCKHOLDERS VIPACAS CIA. LTDA. CITY OF LOJA, PERIOD JANUARY - JUNE 2016, was developed with the aim of implementing the commercial accounting under the application of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), through the process I met a real way, the results helping to make necessary corrections in the administration of the company and comply with the provisions of the inspection bodies. The application of the accounting process complied with paths at the beginning of the research objectives, the same that are related to the compilation of the source of construction information within the established time, develop the accounting process which contained, initial inventory to preparation of the financial statement, and preparing Explanatory Notes, and also make appropriate recommendations to their owners. Upon completion of this research and the results achieved, has contributed in making business decisions, providing reliable and actual information assets, rights and obligations provided for the construction, themselves reflected in the financial statements obtained from an orderly and systematic accounting process. |
