| Resumen : | La presente investigación, se llevó a efecto con la finalidad principal de contribuir al fortalecimiento de los grupos musicales en el instituto, mediante el asesoramiento sobre cómo desarrollar y ejecutar proyectos artístico culturales y la conformación del grupo Vocal e Instrumental del Instituto mediante la selección de las mejores voces e instrumentistas. Para la consecución de tales propósitos, como objetivo general se planteó: Contribuir a la valorización de los proyectos artísticos- culturales como un aspecto indispensable para realizar la eficaz conformación de un grupo musical con los estudiantes del Instituto Tecnológico “8 de Noviembre” de la ciudad de Piñas. Para alcanzar el objetivo en mención, previamente se realizó un sondeo en el instituto, primero determinando si las autoridades y docentes conocen sobre elaboración, desarrollo y evaluación de proyectos artísticos culturales, y, el interés que presten los estudiantes para la conformación del grupo vocal-instrumental, consecutivamente, se delimitó el universo investigado, aplicando la técnica del muestreo poblacional, constituyéndose de dos autoridades y 75 estudiantes que da un total de 77 , a quienes se les aplicó una guía de entrevista estructurada y cuestionario respectivamente; posteriormente para enfocar este trabajo, se planteó una hipótesis, que se refieren a “La falta de planificación, ejecución y elaboración de proyectos artísticos- culturales, inciden negativamente en la conformación de una agrupación vocal-instrumental en el Instituto Tecnológico “8 de Noviembre” enunciados que posteriormente se verificaron, mediante el empleo del método hipotético-deductivo. En cuanto a las actividades para realizar la construcción del proyecto artístico-cultural como base para la formación del grupo vocal e instrumental, fue necesario establecer el contacto con el Rector y Vicerrector, autoridades del Instituto, quienes con toda la amabilidad prestaron todo su contingente para trabajar en el desarrollo y ejecución del proyecto, permitiendo luego trabajar con los estudiantes ya directamente en la formación del grupo Vocal-Instrumental, tomando como base el proyecto y cronograma de actividades. Los lineamientos propuestos, fueron convalidados y socializados mediante un evento socio-cultural en el Instituto, mediante la presentación y participación del grupo ya formado, dejando un legado a la institución para el fomento y difusión cultural. En cuanto a los principales resultados, se obtuvo que las autoridades, docente y estudiantes en su mayoría estuvieron a favor de la realización del proyecto artístico-cultural, permitiendo la formación del grupo Vocal e Instrumental integrado por estudiantes del Instituto, generando motivación para representar la institución en eventos culturales. La conclusión principal tiene que ver con el trabajo colectivo entre autoridades docente e investigador sobre la planificación adecuada de los proyectos artístico culturales, como base para la formación del grupo Vocal e Instrumental, incidiendo significativamente en la planificación, elaboración, ejecución y evaluación de proyectos culturales que inciden significativamente dentro del Instituto Tecnológico “8 de Noviembre”. |
| Descripción : | The present investigation, was taken to effect with the main purpose of contributing to the invigoration of the Technological Institute November of the City of Pineapples Eight, by means of the advice on how to develop and to execute artistic cultural projects and the conformation of the Vocal and Instrumental group of the Institute by means of the pick of the best voices and instrumentalists. For the attainment of such purposes, as general objective he/she thought about: To "build jointly with the authorities of the Technological Institute November" "Eight an artistic cultural project that facilitates the conformation of a musical grouping with the students of the establishment." By means of the employment of technical and procedures, through those which, you can determine the relationship that you/they have the artistic-cultural projects in the existence of the musical groups. To achieve the objective in mention, previously he/she was carried out a poll in the institute, first determining if the authorities and educational they know on elaboration, development and evaluation of artistic cultural projects, and, the interest that the students lend for the conformation of the vocal and instrumental group, consecutively, the investigated universe was defined, applying the technique of the populational sampling, being constituted of two authorities, an educational one and 75 students to who you/they were applied a guide of structured interview and questionnaire respectively; later on to focus this work, he/she thought about a hypothesis that refer to "The lack of planning, execution and elaboration of artistic projects - cultural, they impact negatively in the conformation of a vowel-instrumental grouping in the Technological Institute enunciated November" "Eight that later on they were verified, by means of the employment of the hypothetical-deductive method. As for the activities to carry out the construction of the artistic-cultural project as base for the formation of the vocal and instrumental group, it was necessary to establish the contact with the Rector and Vicerrector, authorities of the Institute who lent all their contingent to work in the development and execution of the project with all the kindness, allowing me then to already work directly with the students in the formation of the Vocal and Instrumental group, taking like base the project and chronogram of activities. The proposed limits, they were authenticated and socialized by means of a socio-cultural event in the Institute, by means of the presentation and participation of the group already formed, leaving a legacy to the institution for the development and cultural diffusion. As for the main results, it was obtained that the authorities, educational and students in their majority were in favor of the realization of the artistic-cultural project, allowing the formation of the Vocal and Instrumental group integrated by students of the Institute, generating motivation to represent to their Institute in cultural events. The main conclusion has to do with the collective work between educational authorities and investigator on the appropriate planning of the artistic cultural projects, like base for the formation of the Vocal and Instrumental group, impacting significantly in that of planning, elaboration, execution and evaluation of cultural projects that impact significantly inside the Technological Institute November" "Eight. |
