| Resumen : | En el desarrollo de la industria termo-energética los generadores de vapor (Autoclaves) poseen gran importancia debido al rol que han desempeñado en los sectores productivos del mundo. Este trabajo de tesis tiene el propósito fundamental de contribuir en el proceso de mejoramiento de servicio múltiple de esterilización; siendo de mucha importancia su correcto funcionamiento para garantizar la protección a sus clientes y empleados. El objetivo propuesto que hoy en día se nos presenta es investigar problemáticas del campo industrial para por medio de esto plantear soluciones que estén enmarcadas en la aplicación de la teoría con la practica; de tal forma que nos permita incorporarnos a nuestra área profesional, y es precisamente que ahí surge la idea de trabajar en la “Rehabilitación y repotenciación de un Autoclave Eléctrico de esterilización para la Clínica San Agustín”, que contribuye a solucionar el déficit de largas jornadas de trabajo del autoclave en buen estado y la necesidad de rehabilitar los equipos que están fuera de servicio debido a un inadecuado mantenimiento. Además se refleja claramente los cálculos de las perdidas, eficiencia y calores influyentes en el sistema. Además de esto se redacta una guía de mantenimiento para una correcta explotación del generador de vapor y de esta forma lograr un mayor rendimiento en el funcionamiento de este equipo, con el fin de lograr una amplia productividad y vida útil. |
| Descripción : | In the development of the thermo-energetic industry the steam generators (Autoclaves) have a great importance due to the role that they have carried out inside the productive sectors around the world. The thesis work hereby has the fundamental purpose of contributing with the process of improvement of a multiple service of sterilization; being of a grand importance its correct operation in order to guarantee the protection of its customers and employees. The proposed objective that now is presented unto us is to investigate the cluster of problems of the industrial scope so that by means of this to outline solutions that are framed within the application of the theory with the practice; therefore it will allow us to get involved into our professional area, and this is the precise moment in which the idea arises regarding the trend of working in the "Rehabilitation and re-potentiating of an Electric Autoclave of sterilization for the San Agustin Clinic " which will contribute to solve the deficit of the long schedules of work of the autoclave in a good state and the necessity of rehabilitating the equipment that is out of service due to an inadequate maintenance. Besides, the calculations of the losses are clearly reflected, together with the efficiency and influential heats in the system. A maintenance system is offered for a correct exploitation of the steam generator, and in this way we get to achieve a bigger output in the operation of this equipment, with the purpose of achieving a wide productivity and a longer useful lifespan of it. |
