| Resumen : | La implementación de contabilidad comercial en “MULTILLANTAS ADOLFO” de la ciudad de Piñas, periodo: julio 2013” se la realizó para conocer la situación económica y financiera de la empresa, así como el resultado de la gestión empresarial reflejando la imagen fiel de la misma, mediante los informes financieros, además permitirá obtener el título de Ingeniera en Contabilidad y Auditoría CPA. Los objetivos planteados fueron cumplidos que inició con él proceso de organizar y archivar la documentación fuente la misma que sirvió para justificar las transacciones realizadas por el comercial asegurando la veraz relación con los resultados finales obtenidos, seguidamente se estructuró el plan de cuentas codificado numéricamente y tiene la característica de ser flexible y claro que permitió registrar los asientos de acuerdo a las normas y principios de contabilidad, siguiendo con los resultados se realizó el inventario inicial que dispone en sus bodegas registrando ordenadamente los artículos que ingresan por compras o salen por las ventas en las tarjetas kárdex, sistema que permite determinar en cualquier momento el valor de sus existencias y conocer la utilidad de las ventas, seguidamente se ejecutó el proceso contable registrando, clasificando y resumiendo en términos monetarios los activos, pasivos, patrimonio, ingresos costos y gastos que serán jornalizarlas en el diario general que facilitó la presentación de Estados Financieros confiables, ayudando al propietario a tomar desiciones oportunas. Al finalizar el proceso contable se concluye que se entregó al señor gerente información económica financiera confiable, oportuna que le permita tomar decisiones de inversión, es necesario considerar el registro de los movimientos económicos en los libros contables ya que le ayudarán a seguir cumpliendo con las obligaciones que impone el Servicio de Rentas Internas y conocer los informes financieros de la empresa. |
