| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de Tesis cuyo tema es IMPLANTACIÓN DE UN SISTEMA CONTABLE EN “EL MUNDO DEL CALZADO” POR EL SISTEMA DE INVENTARIO PERMANENTE, PERIODO JULIO A SEPTIEMBRE DEL 2013., se lo realizó tomando en cuenta la necesidad de la Empresa de contar con un sistema contable que le permita obtener información veraz y oportuna de las transacciones económicas que realiza diariamente, la misma que redundará en beneficio tanto de su Propietaria, de los Proveedores y de sus clientes en general. Este trabajo de tesis se cumplió mediante el desarrollo de los objetivos específicos, para lo cual se inició con el diseño del Plan y el Manual de Cuentas, de acuerdo a la naturaleza de la empresa, luego se elaboró los registros correspondientes como es el Inventario inicial, Estado de Situación Inicial, Libro Diario, Libro Mayor, Balance de Comprobación, Hoja de Trabajo y libros auxiliares como son: de ventas y las tarjetas Kardex, además se elaboró los roles de pago correspondientes. Finalmente se establecieron los Estados financieros del periodo en estudio, esto para dar un aporte a la propietaria, llegando a determinar la situación real en la que se encuentra la empresa financieramente, ya que se determinó la utilidad neta del ejercicio que asciende a $ 622,13. A la conclusión primordial que se llegó al finalizar el presente trabajo de tesis es que, con la implantación de la contabilidad por el Sistema de Inventario Permanente en la empresa comercial “EL MUNDO DEL CALZADO” se ha podido obtener la información veraz y oportuna de las actividades que diariamente realiza, por ende se conoce con exactitud la real situación en la que se encuentra dicha empresa; por lo tanto se le recomienda a su propietaria mantener el sistema contable implantado, ya que es acorde a la naturaleza de la empresa que le permitirá mantener un buen control tanto de las compras, ventas y existencias de los productos que comercializa, y le otorgará la información, la misma que se verá reflejada en los Estados Financieros, siendo estos una herramienta eficiente y oportuna para que tome las decisiones correctas en beneficio de su negocio. |
| Descripción : | This thesis work whose theme is IMPLEMENTATION OF AN ACCOUNTING SYSTEM IN "THE WORLD OF SHOE" STANDING BY THE INVENTORY SYSTEM, PERIOD JULY TO SEPTEMBER 2013. , I performed taking into account the need for the company to have a accounting system that allows you to obtain accurate and timely reporting of financial transactions carried out daily, the same that will benefit both your Owner, Providers and their customers in general. This thesis was accomplished through the development of specific objectives for which began with the design of the Plan and the Accounting Manual , according to the nature of the business, then the corresponding records will be developed as the initial inventory State of Main Track , Daybook , Ledger , Trial Balance, Worksheet and ledgers as are sales and Kardex cards , plus roles corresponding payment was made. Finally, the financial statements for the period under study were established , this to give a contribution to the owner, coming to determine the real situation in which the company is financially , since the net income for the year amounting to $ 622 was determined 13 . A primary conclusion was reached by the end of this thesis is that, with the introduction of accounting for the Perpetual Inventory System in commercial enterprise "THE WORLD OF SHOE" has been able to obtain accurate and timely information for performs daily activities therefore exactly known the real situation in which that undertaking is, so you are advised to keep their proprietary accounting system implemented as it is in keeping with the nature of the business that will allow maintain good control of both the purchasing, sales and inventory of the products it sells, and give you the information, the same will be reflected in the financial statements, these being an efficient and convenient tool to make the right decisions for the benefit of your business. |
