| Resumen : | En acatamiento a los requisitos de la Universidad Nacional de Loja, para otorgar el título Ingeniera en Contabilidad y Auditoría, se desarrolló la presente tesis, titulada “IMPLANTACIÓN DEL SISTEMA CONTABLE EN EL COMERCIAL MULTI HOGAR DE LA PROVINCIA DE ZAMORA CHINCHIPE PERIODO: NOVIEMBRE – DICIEMBRE DEL 2015”. Además, se la propone con la finalidad de contar con una apreciación real de la situación financiera del negocio y así poder plantear las debidas soluciones a la problemática existente. Se dio cumplimiento a cada uno de los objetivos planteados en el proyecto a través de la implantación, misma que, partió con la selección de Documentos Fuente correspondientes a los meses de noviembre y diciembre del 2015, los mismos que fueron revisados y clasificados. Para seguir con el trabajo se vio la necesidad de realizar un Inventario Inicial para conocer el valor real de activos, pasivos y patrimonio. Con esta información y en base al respectivo plan y manual de cuentas se continuó con el proceso contable partiendo del Estado de Situación Inicial hasta obtener los respectivos Estados Financieros. Realizado el trabajo se concluye que de acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos el negocio tiene un buen ingreso económico y se recomienda al propietario que continúe llevando la contabilidad en base a lo implantado para tener un control real de sus ventas. |
| Descripción : | Fulfilling the requisites of the university to obtain the respective degree, it was develop this thesis called. “IMPLANTACIÓN DEL SISTEMA CONTABLE EN EL COMERCIAL MULTI HOGAR DE LA PROVINCIA DE ZAMORA CHINCHIPE, PERIODO: NOVIEMBRE – DICIEMBRE DEL 2015”.Beside this, it was run in order to have a real appreciation of the financial situation of the business, so we can raise the necessary y solutions for the existing problems. We could fulfill with each of the objectives outlined in the project through the implementation, which started selecting the source documents of the months of November and December 2015, which were reviewed and classified. To continue with the process was the need for an Initial Inventory to know the real value of assets, liabilities and patrimony. With this information and based on the respective chart of accounts and the manual account we continued with the accounting process, starting from the Initial Balance to obtain the respective Financial Statements. According to the results the business has a good income and the owner was advised to continue taking the accounting basis to be implemented for real control of her sales and if necessary perform a re-categorization of the fee the RISE, in order to avoid future fines. |
