| dc.description | This research work, called “ANALYSIS, DESIGN AND SIMULATION OF A WMAN NETWORK THAT IT ALLOWS THE INTERCONECTION OF ALL DEPARTMENTS AND EXTERNAL UNITS OF THE DESCENTRALIZED AUTONOMOUS GOVERNMENT, OF THE MACARÁ CANTON, TO OWN CENTRAL NETWORK”, through the all units interconnection, seeks improve, the operational level of all departments and external units from de Decentralized Autonomous Government of de Macará Canton; gathering all the computer equipment to a single network that, using quality standards, to offer the right platform to all the computer equipment’s interconnection, and at the same time, to provide the fundamental base for the correct operation of presents and futures, integral informatics solutions, that will constitute one of the essential pillars al operational level. During the development of this issue, has been used methods and techniques that allowed, first, analyze efficiently, the Macará GAD actual situation. This activity has been of very important, obtaining a panoramic vision of the distribution and the performance of each departmental unity. The technical and operational work it carried out in conjunction with de Information Systems Unit, knowing quickly and reliably major drawbacks, both operationally and networks infrastructure. The bibliography used to this project, is exposed in books, virtual magazines, Internet, etc., it was used to document this project, as well as for the choice of applications and methods that were used for the elaboration of plans, measurements, network design and finally, the network simulation. This thesis will support to the decision-making by the Macará GAD, for the implementation of the communication infrastructure required for the performance of other integrated solutions and future projects that undoubtedly will improve the operating level and quality of services to community. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo investigativo, denominado “ANÁLISIS, DISEÑO Y SIMULACIÓN DE UNA RED WMAN, QUE PERMITA LA INTERCONEXIÓN DE TODOS LOS DEPARTAMENTOS Y UNIDADES EXTERNOS DEL GOBIERNO AUTÓNOMO DESCENTRALIZADO DEL CANTÓN MACARÁ, A SU RED CENTRAL”, busca constituirse en una soporte esencial que conlleve a la solución efectiva del problema de interconexión que actualmente aqueja al GAD Macará, de igual forma, permitirá mejorar el nivel operacional de todos los departamentos, congregando los equipos informáticos a una sola red que, utilizando estándares de calidad, brinde la plataforma adecuada para la ejecución de presentes y futuras soluciones informáticas integrales que se constituirán en uno de los pilares esenciales a nivel operativo. Durante el desarrollo de este tema, se utilizaron métodos y técnicas que permitieron, en primer lugar, analizar de manera eficiente, la situación real GAD Macará; esta actividad ha sido de gran importancia, ya que ha permitido obtener una visión panorámica de la distribución y rendimiento de cada unidad departamental. El trabajo técnico y operativo se lo efectuó en conjunto con la Unidad de Sistemas Informáticos, conociendo de manera rápida y fiable, los principales inconvenientes, tanto a nivel operativo como de infraestructura de redes. La bibliografía utilizada en la elaboración del proyecto, se expone en libros, revistas virtuales, Internet, etc., ésta fue utilizada para documentar el proyecto, así como para facilitar la elección de aplicaciones y métodos que se usaron para la elaboración de planos, medidas, diseño de red y, finalmente, la simulación de ésta. Esta tesis, brindará soporte para la toma de decisiones por parte del GAD Macará, para la implementación de la infraestructura de comunicación requerida para la ejecución de otras soluciones informáticas y futuros proyectos que, sin duda alguna, mejorarán la calidad de servicios hacia la comunidad. | es_ES |
