| dc.description | This thesis entitled “The academic performance of students of the Agricultural College of Alonso parish Market May 28 Yacuambi Canton, Zamora Chinchipe, during the academic year 2012 - 2013 and the actions of the social worker and incidence “. It is a study arises from the need to analyze the impact on academic performance and the need for a Social Worker to act in this area to achieve meaningful learning and improving relations within the educational establishment. Was plotted as a general goal, Provide a comprehensive development of students of Agricultural Technical School Alonso Market to raise their intellectual level. The methods used were: the scientific method, the inductive method - deductive and the descriptive method, in addition the techniques and instruments applied were: the survey and interviews, applied to the members of the educational establishment investigated, to determine what the factors are affecting the academic performance of students. It is concluded that the academic performance of students in College Alonso de Mercadillo is considered a negative problem, where 74% of the investigated considered that the methodology used by the dozens is regular and the assimilation of contents 47% are misunderstood; 82% of students likewise manifest lack of a professional in social work so intervene directly in this arduous task to change the landscape; also mentioned that classes should serel 24% in a motivating way for good performance, 23% raise as a clear and concise, practical demonstration, participatory, and research; and in interviews to the authorities of the establishment underscored once again the problem that exists in the establishment on the educational performance and the lack of a social worker in the same. This motivated me to present an educational proposal on "To improve my academic performance", same that will contribute to improving the environment education and therefore a good learning. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de tesis titula “EL RENDIMIENTO ACADÉMICO DE LOS ESTUDIANTES DEL COLEGIO AGROPECUARIO ALONSO DE MERCADILLO DE LA PARROQUIA 28 DE MAYO DEL CANTÓN YACUAMBI, PROVINCIA DE ZAMORA CHINCHIPE, DURANTE EL AÑO LECTIVO 2012 – 2013, Y EL ACCIONAR DEL TRABAJADOR SOCIAL Y SU INCIDENCIA”. Es un estudio que surge de la necesidad de analizar sobre el impacto que tiene el rendimiento académico y sobre la necesidad de un Trabajador Social para que actúe en este ámbito, para lograr un aprendizaje significativo y mejorar las relaciones internas del establecimiento educativo. Se planteó como objetivo general: Procurar un desarrollo integral de los estudiantes del Colegio Técnico Agropecuario Alonso de Mercadillo para que eleven su nivel intelectual. Los métodos utilizados fueron: el Método Científico, El Método inductivo – deductivo y el Método descriptivo, Además las técnicas e instrumentos aplicados fueron: la encuesta, y la entrevista, aplicadas a los miembros del establecimiento educativo investigado, para determinar cuáles son los factores que están afectando el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes. De la encuesta aplicada se concluye que el 74% de los investigados consideran que la metodología utilizada por los docenes es regular, el 53% no comprenden la asimilación de contenidos; así mismo el 82% de los estudiantes manifiestan la falta de un profesional en trabajo social para que intervenga de manera directa en esta ardua tarea para cambiar el panorama; además mencionan que para obtener un buen rendimiento las clases debería ser el 24% de forma motivadora, el 23% plantean que sean de forma clara y conciso, práctico demostrativo, participativo, e investigativa; y, en las entrevistas realizadas a los autoridades del establecimiento recalcan una vez más el problema que existe en el establecimiento sobre el rendimiento educativo y la falta de un trabajador social en el mismo | es_ES |
