| Resumen : | El presente trabajo tuvo como problema de investigación LA ESCASA INFORMACIÓN LOCAL QUE EMITE EL NOTICIERO “INFORMATIVO VISIÓN” DE LA TELEVISORA MULTICANAL ZAMORA, MISMA QUE PROVOCA EL DESINTERÉS DE LA CIUDADANÍA Y CON ELLO NO CONTRIBUYE A LA FORMACIÓN DE UN NIVEL CRÍTICO DE LOS ASPECTOS SOCIALES DE ZAMORA EN LOS HABITANTES. Para llegar a este problema se ha planteado un objeto de investigación, el mismo que fue indagar el “Informativo Visión” de la televisora Multicanal Zamora, en este proceso se encontró una serie de ventajas y desventajas llevando a un proceso investigativo, para de esta manera plantear una propuesta que fortalecerá al medio de comunicación. El objetivo general fue: Determinar si la ausencia de información local en un medio televisivo del cantón Zamora provoca el desinterés de la ciudadanía siendo así que no contribuye a la formación de un nivel crítico de los aspectos sociales de la comunidad. Se realizó un proceso de investigación siguiendo cada uno de las fases o etapas que han sido proyectadas durante el desarrollo del mismo. Se planteó cuatro objetivos específicos, se aplicaron encuestas y entrevistas las mismas que ayudaron a reflejar de forma clara cuales fueron las falencias en cuanto al noticiero y cuál es su aporte a la colectividad y así establecer conclusiones y recomendaciones. Se utilizó métodos para la recopilación, análisis e interpretación de resultados que han sido organizados en cuadros estadísticos en el caso de la encuesta, entre estos métodos está el cualitativo el mismo que buscó adquirir información en profundidad, es decir la significación e interpretación de las cosas, además es explicativo y exploratorio. Usa entrevistas, la observación localizada y grupos de discusión como técnicas de recolección de los datos. Con todo el trabajo de campo, se formuló una propuesta alternativa analizando la falta de información local en un canal de esta índole. Una vez conocido y analizado el problema, se propuso la creación de un resumen semanal del noticiero que dará a conocer noticias del ámbito local, el mismo que se desarrollará los sábados al medio día dirigido por el personal del medio. |
| Descripción : | The present work has as point of investigation the few local information that issues the new “Informativo Visión”” of the television Multicanal Zamora, the same that causes disinterest in the people and don’t contributes to form a critic level for the social aspects of Zamora in their habitants. To arrive to this problem it has to pose an object of investigation, the same that was investigating “Informativo Visón” of the television Multicanal Zamora, in the process we find a series of advantages and disadvantages leading to an investigative process for this way pose a propose that strengthen the media. The general target was: Determinate if the local information absence in a television medium of Zamora causes disinterest in the citizenship whereas it doesn’t contribute to the formation of a critical level of the social aspects of the community. A research process was conducted following each of the phases or stages that have been planned for the development. She raised four specific objectives. surveys and interviews that helped them reflect clearly what were the shortcomings in terms of news and what is their contribution to the community and establish conclusions and recommendations were implemented. Methods for the collection, analysis and interpretation of results that have been organized in statistical tables in the case of the survey, between these qualitative methods is the same as seeking to acquire in-depth information was used investigates why and how, not only what and where and when , it means the significance of things, it is also explanatory and exploratory. Note that here the results obtained are representative but can’t be projected; using interviews, observation and discussion groups localized as a method of data collection.
