| Resumen : | La presente tesis tiene como título, "EL MANEJO DE LOS ASUNTOS JUDICIALES, A TRAVÉS DE LA PRENSA ESCRITA EN LA CIUDAD DE QUITO SEGÚN LA LEY ORGÁNICA DE COMUNICACIÓN". El problema central nos permite plantear la siguiente interrogante: ¿el manejo de los asuntos judiciales, a través de la prensa escrita en la ciudad de Quito según la ley orgánica de comunicación, realmente se desarrolla dentro de los parámetros establecidos en la nueva legislación nacional, o simplemente la ley es un adorno?. El objetivo central está trazado a realizar un estudio minucioso desde el ámbito jurídico, doctrinario y crítico sobre, el manejo de los asuntos judiciales en los medios de información, según la ley orgánica de comunicación del país; establecidos desde la constitución y sus leyes. La metodología, a aplicar en esta investigación está sustentada en el enfoque cualitativo la misma que nos permitirá resolver el problema de la investigación. Los resultados obtenidos estarán sustentados mediante la investigación de campo, la misma que lo haremos mediante encuestas, entrevistas. Las principales conclusiones a las que hemos llegado son: que a pesar de tener una nueva ley orgánica de comunicación, las noticias siguen siendo tratadas con la misma ligeras que cuando no había ley; Parte de las conclusiones es que: los organismos especializados en medios de comunicación nacionales e internacionales cree que no es posible que se imponga por medio de la ley de comunicación a los medios que informen lo que el gobierno central quiere imponer; el nuevo sistema acusatorio del país, ha dado paso a nuevas formas de hacer justicia, esa inmediatez pone lamentablemente en el filo de la opinión pública, a la justicia y el papel que juegan los medios de información. Y como recomendaciones tenemos que: Y la recomendación que planteamos entre otras es que, desde el Estado, debería haber un interés para que se convierta la comunicación social en política de Estado con visión educativa; que se deben deponer actitudes inquisidoras y perseguidoras con afanes de estabilizar a los gremios u organismos que son parte del quehacer del país, no se logrará nada, más que caos y manipulación. |
| Descripción : | This thesis is titled, "EL MANEJO DE LOS ASUNTOS JUDICIALES, A TRAVÉS DE LA PRENSA ESCRITA EN LA CIUDAD DE QUITO SEGÚN LA LEY ORGÁNICA DE COMUNICACIÓN". The central problem allows us to pose the following question: management of judicial affairs, through written in Quito according to the organic law of communication media, it really develops within the parameters established in the new national legislation, or simply the law is an ornament?. The main objective is mapped to conduct a thorough study from the legal, doctrinal and critical level on the management of judicial affairs in the media, according to the Organic Law of communication in the country; established from the constitution and laws. The methodology applied in this research is supported by the qualitative approach it will allow us to solve the problem of research. The results obtained will be supported by field research, it arem it through surveys, interviews. The main conclusions we have reached are that despite having a new Communications Law, the news continues to be treated with the same light when no law; Media specialized in national and international media organizations believe that it is impossible to be imposed by the law of communication media to report what the central government wants to impose; the new accusatory system of the country, has given way to new forms of justice, that immediacy unfortunately puts on the cutting edge of public opinion, justice and the role of media. And as we have recommendations, from the State, should have an interest for social communication in state policy with educational vision to become; it must lay inquisitorial approach and endeavors to stabilize pursuers with the unions or organizations that are part of the occupation of the country, it was not achieved anything but chaos and manipulation. |
