| dc.description | This thesis comprises a descriptive, is called: SELF-ESTEEM AND ITS IMPACT ON THE PROCESS OF GENERAL BASIC EDUCATION INSTITUTE Eugenio Espejo during the period 2013 - 2014. PROPOSED INTERVENTION. general objective, set, self-esteem and their impact on the process of basic education in the Eugenio Espejo Institute during the period 2013-2014; As for the methodology used the following methods: scientific, inductive - deductive, synthetic and statistical; use was made of the following techniques and instruments: the survey, a population sample of 40 children; and four teachers of the educational establishment, to gather information on self-esteem and their impact on the process of basic education, with the same objective questions about the study variables and indicators. Of the most important results it is considered that the average age of children is 4 to 5 years; children learning in school is excellent, because almost always show interest in the teaching-learning process; but it is necessary to highlight that present problems in activities such as writing, math and motor skills, making it difficult to work in groups and complete the tasks assigned by the teacher in the classroom. As for the test Coopersmith self-esteem test, which was obtained as a result that 62% of surveyed children have problems with self-esteem was applied. | dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de tesis es de tipo descriptivo, se denomina:LA AUTOESTIMA Y SU INCIDENCIA EN EL PROCESO DE EDUCACIÓN GENERAL BÁSICA DEL INSTITUTO EUGENIO ESPEJO, DURANTE EL PERÍODO 2013 – 2014. PROPUESTA DE INTERVENCIÓN, tiene como objetivo general, establecer, la autoestima y su incidencia en el proceso de educación general básica en el Instituto Eugenio Espejo, durante el periodo 2013-2014; En cuanto a la metodología se utilizó los siguientes métodos: científico, inductivo – deductivo, sintético y estadístico; se utilizaron las siguientes técnicas e instrumentos: la encuesta, a una muestra poblacional de 40 niños; y cuatro docentes de este establecimiento educativo, para recabar información sobre la autoestima y su incidencia en el proceso de educación general básica, las mismas que tienen preguntas objetivas sobre las variables e indicadores en estudio. Obteniendo estos datos se hizo un estudio comparativo para analizar las calificaciones y el nivel de aprendizaje de los niños que se educan en el primer grado de educación básica, concluyendo finalmente que la autoestima incide en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje de los niños. De los resultados obtenidos más relevantes se considera que la edad promedio de los niños es de 4 a 5 años; el aprendizaje en los niños dentro de la escuela es excelente, debido a que casi siempre muestran interés en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje; pero se precisa en resaltar que presentan problemas en actividades como escritura, matemáticas y motricidad, lo que dificulta el trabajar en grupos y terminar las tareas encomendadas por la docente dentro del aula. En cuanto al test de autoestima se aplicó el test de COOPERSMITH, donde se obtuvo como resultado que el 62% de los niños encuestados presentan problemas relacionados con la autoestima | es_ES |
