| dc.description | The present work of descriptive, analytic and quantitative type was carried out with the objective of knowing the execution on the part of the personnel of the norms of the protocol of handling of reception of the newly born one for normal childbirth in the service of obstetric center of the General Hospital Isidro Ayora in lapse September - October of the 2015. For their execution a leaf of gathering of data was used whose information obtained it to him by means of the direct observation of the childbirths; being in 72 studied childbirths, the norms that you incumplen is: not taking the mother's fingerprint and the impression of the foot of the newly born one, not to maintain to the newly born one under the maternal periné; since it is an educational institution the attention of the childbirth I carry out it the revolving intern of medicine (68% of childbirths). Of the normative component of the ministry of the year 2008, it is applied in 80% of their entirety, 12% of the norms applies them to him of partial way and 8% it is not applied. | dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de tipo descriptivo, analítico y cuantitativo se realizó con el objetivo de conocer el cumplimiento por parte del personal de las normas del protocolo de manejo de recepción del recién nacido por parto normal en el servicio de centro obstétrico del Hospital General Isidro Ayora en lapso Septiembre - Octubre del 2015. Para su ejecución se utilizó una hoja de recolección de datos cuya información se la obtuvo mediante la observación directa de los partos; encontrándose en 72 partos estudiados, las normas que se incumplen son: el no tomar la huella digital de la madre y la impresión del pie del recién nacido, no mantener al recién nacido bajo el periné materno; ya que es una institución docente la atención del parto la realizo el interno rotativo de medicina (68% de partos). Del componente normativo del ministerio del año 2008, se aplica en el 80% de su totalidad, el 12% de las normas se las aplica de manera parcial y el 8% no se aplica.
