| dc.description | This thesis entitled: "IMPLEMENTATION OF COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTING FERRANSY, SANTO DOMINGO DE LOS TSACHILAS PROVINCE, PERIOD JANUARY - APRIL 2014", with the Taxpayer Registration Number ( RUC ) No. 1714104567001 is a work adapted to the needs and business activities that the company makes and therefore facilitates knowledge of the economic situation - current financial through the Financial Statements; also constitutes a prerequisite prior to opt for Engineering degree in Accounting and Auditing. The proposed objectives of the research work in question, were hit as they developed in the Accounting Process, ie from the development of a Plan and Audit Manual in line with expectations of the entity, the Initial Inventory yielded information on the total value Assets, Liabilities and Equity available, the design of a Register of the accounts receivable that helped identify the money to be raised from sales on credit to customers, the registration and control of the inputs and outputs of the goods in stock through Kardex cards allowing to set the cost price and selling them and finally the preparation and presentation of financial statements to Mr. Rodrigo Lliquin to take the right business decisions to safeguard the liquidity, solvency and borrowing capacity of the organization. Finally we conclude that the accounting system implemented in the company contributed in a big way since allowed his manager - owner know the actual financial and economic situation in the same during the period under study, which is why it is suggested to administration to consider this proposal in order to take a proper accounting of your business and therefore provide adequate control of the capital and operating costs, to thereby safeguard the economic resources held by the entity. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente Tesis intitulada: IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE CONTABILIDAD COMERCIAL EN LA EMPRESA “FERRANSY” DE LA CIUDAD DE SANTO DOMINGO PROVINCIA DE LOS TSÁCHILAS POR EL PERIODO DE ENERO- MARZO DEL 2014, con el Registro Único de Contribuyentes (RUC) N°. 1714104567001 es un trabajo adaptado a las necesidades y actividades mercantiles que la empresa realiza y por consiguiente permite facilitar el conocimiento de la situación económica – financiera actual a través de los Estados Financieros; y está estructurado de acuerdo a las exigencias y reglamentos de la Universidad Nacional de Loja, Modalidad Estudios a Distancia, carrera de Contabilidad y Auditoría para la obtención del título de Ingeniera en Contabilidad y Auditoría, Contador Público Auditor. Los objetivos propuestos en el trabajo investigativo en cuestión, fueron alcanzados en medida que se desarrolló el proceso contable, es decir desde la elaboración de un Plan y Manual de Cuentas acorde a las expectativas de la entidad; el Inventario Inicial que permitió conocer el valor total de los Activos, Pasivos y Patrimonio disponibles; el registro y control de las entradas y salidas de las mercaderías en stock a través de Tarjetas Kárdex que permitieron establecer el precio de costo y venta de las mismas y finalmente la elaboración y presentación de los Estados Financieros a la Ing. Sylvana Bolaños a fin de que tome las decisiones empresariales correctas para proteger la liquidez, solvencia y capacidad de endeudamiento de la organización. Finalmente se concluye, que el Sistema Contable implementado en la empresa contribuyó de gran forma, puesto que permitió a su Gerente – Propietario conocer la situación real financiera y económica de la misma durante el periodo objeto de estudio, razón por la cual se sugiere a la administración tomar en cuenta la presente propuesta a fin de llevar una correcta contabilidad de su negocio y por ende facilitar un control adecuado de los gastos operativos y de inversión, para de esta forma salvaguardar los recursos económicos que posee la entidad. | es_ES |
