dc.descriptionhe present "PATH OFFER AND SIGNPOSTING FOR THE TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: I BATHE OF THE INCA AND VIRGIN SANCTUARY OF HOLY WATER OF THE CANTON SARAGURO OF LOJA PROVINCE ", the tourist management is directed to promote, across the design and implementation of a correct path and signposting for these tourist attractions. The scope of the present investigation focuses basically on the generation of a tourist route that covers the attractions: Bath of the Inca and Virgin Sanctuary of Holy Water, located in the neighborhoods of Ñamarin and Oñacapac of the canton Saraguro, for it proposes signposting itself and path, based on the technical specifications contemplated in the Strategic Plan of Development of Sustainable Tourism of Ecuador, with which it is tried to promote to these sites and to attract the national and foreign tourists for the development of a sustainable tourism that improves the socioeconomic conditions of the settlers and the conservation of the natural resources in the zone of influence of these tourist sites. The canton Saraguro, north locates with direction - East of Loja province, in the route that leads from Loja to Cuenca, possesses an altitude of 1.000 msnm up to them 3.800msnm, with a Surface of: 1.080km2, it possesses a variety of climates depending on the geographical location of his parishes: moderate - cold in the Andean and hot zone in the low zones, his temperature ranges between the 8 and 27 º C, The rainfall of the canton is between the values of 758 - 1.250 mm. The communities of Ñamarin (Bath of the Inka) and Oñacapac (Virgin of Holy Water They are located geographically in the canton Saraguro, are far approximately to 15 minutes of the urban center with an approximate distance of 2.8 km, these neighborhoods are lived by persons of the etnia Saraguros Kichwas by an approximate population of 1874 inhabitants, many of these persons still dress his original pomps in spite of the high costs of his gowns, others do not do it for lack of money and in most cases they use another type of clothes. The persons of Ñamarin and Oñacapac possess a medical clinic in an intermediate community called Tambopamba, here only it is attended related to general medicine, in Oñacapac, an educational center exists that pond to students of the primary and secondary level, this takes Tupac Yupanqui as a name, this institution belongs to the department of education bilingual intercultural modality. 6 The persons of these sectors are innate farmers; cultivate his owns products in familiar gardens. The most important culture is the maize, followed of it eats, vetch, bean, bean, capelin, spinach beet, carrot, cabbage, bowlegged, zealot, parsley, cilantro, achogchas, abbacy, tranche, between others. To know the tourist attractions Bath of the Inka and Virgin Sanctuary of Holy Water exists a tourist offer directed natives and foreigners which this promoted of the following way: one offers to the visitors typical food of the aboriginal peoples, one shows part of the culture and own traditions of the etnia Saraguro. The guianza is fulfilled by colonists of the neighborhoods Ñamarin and Oñacapac, the tour can do it to him afoot or to loin of seed, the accomodations they realize it in the domiciles of the aborigens, in order that the tourist knows closely day after day about this one persons, his customs, traditions, gastronomy between others. Of the realized interviews it was possible to determine that the persons with major affinity to the tourism are understood between the groups of 20 to 50 years of age by a socioeconomic average level, the visit to these places generally they realize it from September 12 to September 15 for motive of holidays of the Virgin Sanctuary of Holy Water and Sanction’s holiday that they practice in the bath of the Inca the date of September 13 of every year. Likewise it was possible to know the level of acceptance that would have the tourist raised route, indicating that the local population agrees in his implementation being ready to visit her always and when there exists a tourist offer that fills his expectations. The general objective was an offer elaborated of path and signposting in the already mentioned attractions, with the technical specifications of the MINTUR. The methodology that developed for the project part of each one of his specific objectives, for it one used methods and technologies that were applied to carry out a correct investigation The methodology for the first objective " To realize a diagnosis of the current situation of the tourist attractions: Bath of the Inka and Virgin Sanctuary of Holy Water of the canton Saraguro, Loja's Province " there was in used the bibliographical, analytical and descriptive method, as well as the technology of the direct observation, the counterfoil of raising of information of Carla Ricaurte Quijano and the cards of the department of tourism and finally the hierarchical organization of the attractions. In the development of the second objective " Path offer and signposting of the tourist attractions I Bathe of the Inka and Virgin of Holy water ", it was in 7 used the methods analytical, synthetically and the scientist, one used the technologies of sampling not probabilistic, a FODA was applied, with the intenseness, of measuring the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats of the project. This way also the capacity of load was obtained following Michael Cifuentes's methodology and finally the offer was realized path and signposting. For the third objective "To elaborate a guide of user and to socialize the project with the actors involved" there was in used the analytical synthetic method and there was elaborated a tourist guide of the user in whom it consists introduction, flora, fauna and distances of attractions. There socialized the project of thesis in the Direction of Tourism of the Municipal GAD of the canton Saraguro, where the community leaders of Ñamarin represented, Oñacapac, indigenous representatives and the Director of Tourism, where there were obtained valuable comments that helped to develop with better way the draft of the present thesis. One of the conclusions of the project of thesis takes root in the natural and cultural importance of the tourist attractions of the route I bathe of the Inka - Virgin Sanctuary of Holy Water and at the level of acceptance of the tourists one concludes that the path offer and signposting is feasible of executing, additional activities of diffusion must be realized using different mass media that promote these attractions and with it to promote the increase of the tourism in the zone. Since part of the recommendations for the correct implementation of the project is had: To elaborate an ordinance in which, they declare to the site Bath of the Inca and Virgin Sanctuary of Holy Water, as zones of recreation, protection and conservation, which promote the tourist exploitation of these sites, and there are prohibited all activities that concern the environment.es_ES
dc.description.abstractLa presente “PROPUESTA DE SENDERIZACION Y SEÑALIZACIÓN PARA LOS ATRACTIVOS TURÍSTICOS: BAÑO DEL INKA Y SANTUARIO VIRGEN DE AGUA SANTA DEL CANTÓN SARAGURO DE LA PROVINCIA DE LOJA”, va dirigida a fomentar la gestión turística, a través del diseño e implementación de una correcta senderización y señalización para estos atractivos turísticos. El alcance de la presente investigación se enfoca básicamente a la generación de una ruta turística que cubra los atractivos: Baño del Inka y Santuario Virgen de Agua Santa, ubicados en las comunidades de Ñamarin y Oñacapac del cantón Saraguro, para ello se propone señalización y senderización, basadas en las especificaciones técnicas contempladas en el Plan Estratégico de Desarrollo de Turismo Sostenible de Ecuador, con lo cual se pretende promocionar a estos sitios y atraer a los turistas nacionales y extranjeros para el desarrollo de un turismo sostenible que mejore las condiciones socioeconómicas de los pobladores y la conservación de los recursos naturales en la zona de influencia de estos sitios turísticos. El cantón Saraguro, se ubica con dirección Nor – Este de la provincia de Loja, en la vía que conduce de Loja a Cuenca, posee una altitud de 1.000 msnm hasta los 3.800msnm, con una Superficie de: 1.080km2, posee una variedad de climas dependiendo de la ubicación geográfica de sus parroquias: templado - frío en la zona andina y cálida en las zonas bajas, su temperatura oscila entre los 8 y 27º C, La pluviosidad del cantón está entre los valores de 758 – 1.250 mm. Las comunidades de Ñamarin (Baño del Inka) y Oñacapac (Virgen de Agua Santa), se ubican geográficamente en el cantón Saraguro, distan aproximadamente a 15 minutos del centro urbano con una distancia aproximada de 2.8 km, estas comunidades se encuentran habitados por personas de la etnia Saraguros Kichwas con una población aproximada de 1874 habitantes, muchas de estas personas aún visten sus atuendos originarios pese a los altos costos de sus vestimentas, otros no lo hacen por falta de dinero y en la mayoría de los casos utilizan otro tipo de ropa. Las personas de Ñamarin y Oñacapac cuentan con un dispensario médico en una comunidad intermedia llamada Tambopamba, aquí únicamente se atiende lo relacionado a medicina general, en Oñacapac, existe un centro educativo que alberca a estudiantes del nivel primario y secundario, este tiene por nombre Tupac Yupanqui, esta institución pertenece al ministerio de educación modalidad bilingüe intercultural. Las personas de estos sectores son agricultores innatos, cultivan sus propios productos en huertos familiares. El cultivo más importante es el maíz, seguido de la papa, arveja, fréjol, haba, capulí, acelga, zanahoria, col, zambo, zapallo, perejil, culantro, achogchas, babaco, toronche, entre otros. Para conocer los atractivos turísticos Baño del Inka y Santuario Virgen de Agua Santa existe una oferta turística dirigida a nacionales y extranjeros la cuál esta promocionada de la siguiente manera: Se ofrece a los visitantes comida típica de los pueblos aborígenes, se muestra parte de la cultura y tradiciones propias de la etnia Saraguro. La guianza la realizan colonos de las comunidades de Ñamarin y Oñacapac, el recorrido se lo puede hacer a pie o a lomo de sémila, el hospedaje lo realizan en los domicilios de los indígenas, para que el turista conozca de cerca el día a día de esta personas, sus costumbres, tradiciones, gastronomía entre otras.. De las encuestas realizadas se pudo determinar que las personas con mayor afinidad al turismo están comprendidas entre los grupos de 20 a 50 años de edad con un nivel socioeconómico medio, la visita a estos lugares generalmente la realizan del 12 al 15 de septiembre por motivo de fiestas del Santuario Virgen de Agua Santa y la fiesta de Sanación que la practican en el baño del Inka la fecha del 13 de septiembre de cada año. Así mismo se pudo conocer el nivel de aceptación que tendría la ruta turística planteada, señalando que la población local está de acuerdo en su implementación estando dispuesta a visitarla siempre y cuando exista una oferta turística que llene sus expectativas. El objetivo general fue elaborar una propuesta de senderización y señalización en los atractivos ya mencionados, con las especificaciones técnicas del MINTUR. La metodología que se desarrolló para el proyecto, parte de cada uno de sus objetivos específicos, para ello se utilizó métodos y técnicas que se aplicaron para llevar a cabo una correcta investigación. La metodología para el primer objetivo “Realizar un diagnóstico de la situación actual de los atractivos turísticos: Baño del Inka y Santuario Virgen de Agua Santa del cantón Saraguro, Provincia de Loja” se utilizó el método bibliográfico, analítico y descriptivo, así como la técnica de la observación directa, la matriz de levantamiento de información de Carla Ricaurte Quijano y las fichas del ministerio de turismo y por último la jerarquerización de los atractivos. En el desarrollo del segundo objetivo “Propuesta de señalización y senderización de los atractivos turísticos Baño del Inka y Virgen de agua Santa”, se utilizó los métodos analítico, sintético y el científico, se utilizó las técnicas de muestreo no probabilístico, se aplicó un FODA, con la intensión, de medir las fortalezas, oportunidades, debilidades y amenazas del proyecto. Así también se obtuvo la capacidad de carga siguiendo la metodología de Miguel Cifuentes y finalmente se realizó la propuesta de senderización y señalización. Para el tercer objetivo “Elaborar una guía de usuario y socializar el proyecto con los actores involucrados” se utilizó el método analítico sintético y se elaboró una guía de usuario en la que consta datos generales del Cantón Saraguro, fiestas culturales y religiosas, atractivos turísticos de las comunidades Ñamarin y Oñacapac, flora, fauna, mapa de la ruta turística “Salto del Inka” y consejos para los visitantes. Se socializó el proyecto de tesis en la Dirección de Turismo del GAD Municipal del cantón Saraguro, donde asistieron los líderes comunitarios de Ñamarin, Oñacapac, representantes indígenas y el Director de Turismo, donde se obtuvo valiosos comentarios que ayudaron a enrumbar de mejor manera la redacción de la presente tesis. Una de las conclusiones del proyecto de tesis radica en la importancia natural y cultural de los atractivos turísticos de la ruta Baño del Inka – Santuario Virgen de Agua Santa y al nivel de aceptación de los turistas se concluye que la propuesta de senderización y señalización es factible de ejecutar, adicionalmente se deben realizar actividades de difusión utilizando diferentes medios de comunicación que promocionen estos atractivos y con ello promover el incremento del turismo en la zona. Como parte de las recomendaciones para la correcta implementación del proyecto se tiene: Elaborar una ordenanza en el cual, se declaren al sitio Baño del Inka y Santuario Virgen de Agua Santa, como zonas de recreación, protección y conservación, que promuevan la explotación turística de estos sitios, y se prohíban todas actividades que afecten al ambiente.es_ES
